That’s why I want to make this kind of video, I think it’s valuable for other players to see my thought process and hopefully learn something when dealing with a lot of cars and become safer drivers 😁

Great video, and you commentary adds a lot to it. It also helps realise the different levels some people race at. Yesterday night i raced on a split you won on LFM. Had your setup and tried my best to follow your advice on how to take the corners. And while you did 1.36.7xx, my best was only 1.39.5xx. I guess i'll blame it on the DFGT for now. :D Anyway, great driving, and thank you for the videos. We really appreciate them.
1.36.99? Are you f-cking kidding me?! I was in that race (not in the same split) and yes, I’m a newbie that only done AC for 6 days but I thought I was fast improving from 1.49 to 1.41! I don’t see where I can get 5 more seconds with that boat of a car. It just understeers whenever I push it in the corners (as opposed to the real thing which is quite tail happy when you push it). Good job man!
same over here, but if you double check the video about this circuit, you will realese tthe speed thatt he keep on almost every corner so we have to improve je je je
I can't get below 1:40 and i feel like i have the same line, break points, shift points. Always running 27 psi, 18 liters of fuel. However, i run TC, ABS, auto blip and auto clutch. Is that what's killing me?
I bloody hope you’re not running 27 psi 🤣 Yeah tc really slows you down. Not too sure on the effects on auto blip and auto clutch cause I’ve never used them
Lol, 27 psi when warm. All depends on track temps but yeah that usually has me around 21 starting. Looks like tyre blankets are used at the start by the server.
To be honest, I don't actually know 😅 I got it when I used someone elses CSP settings, so maybe try what I'm about to post, if you're comfortable with your current settings be sure to save them before applying this though. acstuff.ru/s/JWFXKB
I hate helicorsa so much 😅 I’m using the built in radar that comes with CSP, If you open the “app shelf” on your apps list then you should be able to find it there
Hope you don´t take this the wrong way, but these kind of "challenges", shouldn´t happen on online races. I often see drivers not making any qualifying laps, so they can start from the back and see how many overtakes they can make during the race. Most of the times, it just ends up in all kinds of divebombs and risky maneuvers, that can lead to ruining someone else's race. Once again, this is not specific criticism to you, because you clearly didn't did anything wrong in this race, but to the concept of doing this...
Yep, I completely understand where you’re coming from and it’s important to be more patient with the drivers around when you are at a different level of pace and shouldn’t be starting there, if you cause an accident you don’t have the excuse of “I didn’t expect them to do that” because you’re going into it already knowing the people you start next to are at a different pace. However I don’t think these kinds of challenges should be avoided, I and a lot of other people have fun with them and it helps me learn places to overtake and improve my racecraft. Mistakes will unfortunately eventually happen and it is apart of racing. I do appreciate the concern though, I try to be careful and make my moves clear on back starts like this. I get the point but there is pure Chaos behind pos. 10 in these races anyways. Any random Player would probably be a greater threat than him overtaking in a very safe way.

You need to get a good setup. The default setup on this car is terrible, very understeery. And turn the TC off

WSS MX-5 races are on a locked setup that's not very fun to drive
