    to be precise and more accurate Kaya is basically a very sweet coconut cream and egg curd.. similar to English lemon curd in consistency but has a fragrance of Pandan flavouring hence green its colour..

      Hey Jan, I think returning to the airport and the visa requirements depends on what country you’re coming from if you are from a visa free country you only need to fill out a health declaration form.
      Also Singapore does not stamp passports for entry / exit it is all electronic

    • @PixelAdventure
      @PixelAdventure  2 года назад +1

      At night I would definitely recommend still taking a look at Jewel. At night it’s lit up nicely. Also Haji lane and Clarke Quay are also open late now and if you got there for 12am - 1am, you would definitely get to see the vibrant night life and live music. If you’re feeling hungry after you could stop at Zammas food court on River Valley road for 24/7 authentic Indian and Malay food. I think there’s plenty of things you can enjoy even when it’s late 😊 I hope that helps

      @@PixelAdventure thank you so much. Do you need to get tested when you go back to the airport?

    • @PixelAdventure

      That one I’m a little less sure about. I think from what I know, it depends on the country that you’re flying on to. I know that the airlines have their own rules too. In Singapore I know that a supervised antigen test is required to enter at the moment but the rules change so fast :)

      @PixelAdventure  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for the comment Charzz, I think it mainly depends on what you want to do when you leave the airport. If you are looking to explore Jewel, I would recommend a few hours, If you are looking to go into the city and explore things around the city, you are going to need around 5-6 hours to fit in some of the main tourist attractions such as MBS the merlion and getting some nice food.

      So from what I know, you need to fill in a quick health declaration form on the Singapore ICA website, have a vaccination certificate and of course a visa if you need one to enter Singapore.

    Hope u will notice me.

    • @PixelAdventure
      @PixelAdventure  2 года назад +1

      Hi Zianne, thanks for commenting. It is possible to leave the airport and explore Singapore in your 18 hours. Currently from my knowledge, to get into Singapore on your layover you will need to take a supervised Antigen test within 48 hours of arrival, that provides the results in English and I think currently you may need some form of medical insurance that covers you for the day you are in Singapore. There is a great Facebook page facebook.com/groups/1625995697569457/?ref=share called traveling in and out of Singapore with so much valuable information.
      Also this link here is to the Singapore government website with a step by step list of requirements www.visitsingapore.com/travel-guide-tips/travel-requirements/
      I really hope that helps you.

    • @PixelAdventure
      @PixelAdventure  2 года назад +1

      It is 100% doable. There is plenty to do at Jewel but that would involve still leaving the airport even though Jewel is attached to Changi airport, so at the current time you might need to do the antigen test if you want to leave. If you do venture into Jewel, there is a Yotel hotel on the 4th floor, I have stayed there myself and it is very nice for a short stay and wont break the bank too much. You also have the forest area at the top of Jewel that has some fun activities such as a flower maze, a house of mirrors and some climbing nets that are quite fun experiences, for adults and kids. Food choices are also great too, there is a food court in the basement if you want to experience the hawker food, traditional to Singapore as well as loads of other cuisine options from around the world. Finally at night you can watch the waterfall light show, which is really quite cool. If you are staying in the terminal and not leaving at all, the options are a little more limited. There are still quite a few shopping options from a few brands and each terminal has some food options.
      I hope that helps and you have an awesome time here.

    • @chalayan
      @chalayan 2 года назад +1

      There is Yotel at the jewel or the transit airport hotel. There is also a swimming pool within the airport itself. Plenty to do at Changi airport. Go watch the light show at Jewel in the evening.
