  • How to avoid the ulez fine if your vehicle does not conform to the new restrictions.
Many people are unaware that they have to register or pay the fine manually online within 3 days of entering the zone.
The value of ULEZ and Congestion Charge penalty charges incurred have increased from £160 to £180 (reduced by 50% if paid within 14 days).

      How?
1, Euro 6 , does this mean the EUSSR are behind this categorization ?
Well, though we never Lawfully joined the EUSSR.
We Lawfully left it , after the people of England spoke.
So the EUSSR have no Jurisdiction to classifying anything here.
2, Londinium, the square mile, is the foreign enemy within.

He is a programmed compulsive liar.
      So his sales pitch reasoning.
      Though sounds good.
Has no real fact based evidence of any of his fictional sales pitch.
The EUSSR will be stealing this money. As they do council tax.
They only assign, the bare minimum for infrastructure.
Skim rest for own agenda's, and get a cut of the spoils.
4, The opening wording on the ULEZ extortion racket also states, " You may have to pay ".
Doesn't say you have to by Law.
      Why ?
You don't have to pay it.
Only our ignorance, and their intimidating manner, wording, and their corporate henchman, The Corporation " Police ( policy) " , enforcement agency, who harm us on their behalf.
Make us through fear of prison pay.
We are already in an open prison so ?
So they have no Lawful leg's to stand on.
5, No standing, no case .
The Judiciary branch of England should be using their powers to stop this communist take over from being imposed.
Sadly, many are compromised, so blackmail pressure to do as told.
Many scared of being murdered if stand up against this tyranny.
It's up to us to not comply.
      To not contract.
Do not respond or open their mail.
Do not accept the Mr/ Mrs / Ms title.
      That is not your name.
So you are not being addressed.
Unless, like say your utility provider, you agree to that contract.
The rules of the contract serpents, is how they trap us.

When I say it is lawful from what I've read even if councils oppose the scheme the law allows Sadiq to install the cameras on top of existing traffic signs which are managed by TFL. So he can impose this if he wishes. What I can't understand is why and how he was voted in for a second term after imposing the first ULEZ. There was speculation back then about him extending ULEZ so to me it was like turkeys voting for Christmas.

The next left took me round a roundabout and back the way I was going.
This roundabout made me drive aprox 60 feet inside the ulez zone, I received a £120 fine.
This fine was for me avoiding the area and finding another route.
On the A4 if you stay on this road you are not fined until you reach London, but do any left or right turn you are nicked, you are not in the zone, hence no ulez warnings.
I attempted to apeal, but you can not do this on the first £120 fine as it is not listed, you are made to wait untilyour fine is doubled to £240 before you can do this, obviously the apeal was rejected and within a week I was receiving threatening letters that they were going to send me to court.
