I am a TBI survivor; a couple things that help me is practicing new languages and eating a ketogenic diet. Stay strong friend.

Such interesting insights about how different things impact your concentration and performance! Since I started watching your vide, I always look forward to the next one. Keep it up! No matter how small the gain may be, it will always be a huge leap towards a better tomorrow!!!

Thank you so much! You’re spot on. It’s tiny changes week to week but it definitely adds up over time. That’s part of why I like making these videos. I can go back and see how things used to be

I mean if there are more things which effect mendi performance that you realised now could you list them in comments or in a new video thanks I've watched the other mendi video also its superb and has helped alot as there are many external factors which effect your mendi feedback.

The only other big thing I’ve noticed is doing it consistently. If I miss a few sessions my performance suffers till I get back in a routine. For me, consistency and the proper nutrition seems the most helpful with this and my overall recovery

Thank you for the insight, the Mendi is marketed as a magic device that fixes you, but you brought it home that the device re-taught you to do various activities outside of Mendi to help improve your brain function.

Absolutely. I find the biggest value is knowing what other things to do and what to avoid. I think it’s very powerful from that aspect

Hey Brother. There’s a few things I’d like to give you information on. One of them is RTMS. Also the Vielight Device. And functional neurologists. These are just things I’ve come across along my journey with post concussion. I love you man. I wish you the best and hope you recover as much as possible and that you find peace and joy :)

Interesting ...I watch sugar a lot. Allow sugar and carbs with protein or before work out. But interesting it would affect brain. The thing with audio books on 1.5 speed is probably bc you have to pay more attention and be more focused already. I like Mendi it has helped me get more leveled. Do react more in a wise way. Know what it takes to get into that focus state. Thanks for sharing. From Switzerland
