I mean if there are more things which effect mendi performance that you realised now could you list them in comments or in a new video thanks I've watched the other mendi video also its superb and has helped alot as there are many external factors which effect your mendi feedback.
The only other big thing I’ve noticed is doing it consistently. If I miss a few sessions my performance suffers till I get back in a routine. For me, consistency and the proper nutrition seems the most helpful with this and my overall recovery

Hey Brother. There’s a few things I’d like to give you information on. One of them is RTMS. Also the Vielight Device. And functional neurologists. Interesting ...I watch sugar a lot. Allow sugar and carbs with protein or before work out. But interesting it would affect brain. The thing with audio books on 1.5 speed is probably bc you have to pay more attention and be more focused already. I like Mendi it has helped me get more leveled. Do react more in a wise way. Absolutely. I find the biggest value is knowing what other things to do and what to avoid. I think it’s very powerful from that aspect
