Recently I have started doing this workout. But I have a little confusion so I need your help badly. I have noticed some steps are being repeated eventually, are these ok? I mean should I go on line these or one step for once?

I started this workout today and I will be updating my progress here. Trust me guys this workout is super awesome and get ready to burn and sweat! This workout will seem hard at the first take, but if you really want an effective workout, then this is it guys. Workout pattern is Work and then rest. ❤️ Ma’am is so sweet and motivating.
Present weight - 74
Day 1 - Completed Successfully
Day 2 - Completed Successfully
Day 3 - Completed Successfully
Day 4 - Completed Successfully (Today I had a large meal from McD)
Day 5 - Completed Successfully
Day 6 - Completed - Weight is 73.95, when I checked in the morning.

The workout is fabulous. But I have a quest. I did not tie my stomach after my delivery. My stomach remained out n bulging. With tis exercise is it possible for my stomach to go in? 7 days have passed m following ur exercise morning n evening m doing.

Starting date -22/5/2021
Present weight -109
Goal weight - 55 kg (with in one year)
Want to loose - 54 kg (half of my body weight)
Week 1 - 1500 calorie diet ( consume high protein and fiber rich foods, vegetables etc)
30 munite workout ( hiit)
drink 2 liter water
6 hours of sleep
Results :
Week 1 (29/5/2021) :- now my weight is 108 kg (109 kg - 1kg = 108kg 😊)
Week 2 (5/6/2021):- 107 kg (1 kg)
Week 3 (13/6/2021):-106 kg (1 kg)
Week 4 (20/6/2021):- 105 kg (1kg)
Due to some personal reasons i can't follow my diet routine. Still my weight is (105 kg)
