Omg yes mine(authentic) has a odor inside too! Idk what it is bcus none of my other *jklux* bags have an odor. Called lv and they said it was normal and that I could wipe the inside with a damp cloth.I also thought the lining was suede but it is actually microfiber so I'm going to look up ways to remove odors out of microfiber cus the smell stops me from using it as much.
Basically all the designer pieces were stunning and your taste is so fun and divine. I totally understand buying a birkin on a whim, I’m a sucker for sentimental things and that would be all it would take 😂
I still love my LV reverse monogram *jklux* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

I also buy paintings while vacationing in other countries. I have only been to 12 countries but when travelling, abroad, I always make sure I buy local original art that speaks to me in that moment. I frame my paintings once I arrive home. I don’t have an art wall but instead have my paintings scattered throughout my house. Every time I walk past them, I stop for a brief moment to look and it catapults directly back to that city and country and allows me to relive the experience all over again! 🖼️

The rattan Capucines is stunning! I have to remind myself that for a Canadian living in a northern climate, it makes absolutely no sense. But I dream of it! And it seems to retail for the same ballpark as the Birkin?!? I think the Capucines wins by a mile. As a long-time Vivier lover, I really appreciate those pumps, but curious, do you find that non-leather heels wear comfortably over many hours? I stopped buying anything not leather years ago, because canvas & synthetic don't breath & quickly became painful. Wondering if others have had different experiences.

Dayle did you have to pay Goods and Services Tax on arrival in Australia? I understand there is a trigger of $1k AUD but not sure how that plays out when you have paid tax at the point of sale. The green Birkin bag is just the business. You won't regret that one.

Bags are meant to give joy and clearly that is the case with Dayle’s fabulous vert comique Birkin! Some very prescriptive comments out there. I say if you love it and can afford it just go for it! 💚💚💚
I don’t think that’s true. I think everybody thought that you truly didn’t like the birkin so if you bought it, it would specifically be to resell but you’re using it and you do like it so I think that’s where the shock comes in. You always said you didn’t like it, you actually said that you found it boring and just not your style you never said you love it do you want one but it Hass to be the right one in the right color etc. everybody feels that way but you specifically said you didn’t like it. Not that you can’t change your mind I’m just saying this is where the shock comes from. It’s almost seems like you’re holding back like you don’t want to admit that you like it. That’s the way it’s coming across as well.
I don’t think that it’s because she doesn’t want to admit that she likes it. She initially doesn’t like the design of a birkin but Her experience was wonderful and that’s what surrounds the bag. Plus the color is her and she was with her friend and they were on a holiday when she got it. It was the surprise and the magic of the whole experience.
I have changed my mind about certain bags too many times to count over the years. The most recent example was I that I had zero interest in the Prada Crystal re-edition bag. I thought it was too trendy/young/flashy for me. I am 58, and don’t really buy into any of the “too old” for certain fashion trends rules, and actually like most of the popular trends, but on this bag I really did feel it was too young for me. And then I wandered into a Prada store one day and saw one in person, and I whipped my credit card out so fast I almost sprained my wrist! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 So I definitely understand going from a Heck No to a Heck YASSSS 😊

The rattan Capucines is stunning! I have to remind myself that for a Canadian living in a northern climate, it makes absolutely no sense. But I dream of it! And it seems to retail for the same ballpark as the Birkin?!? I think the Capucines wins by a mile. As a long-time Vivier lover, I really appreciate those pumps, but curious, do you find that non-leather heels wear comfortably over many hours? I stopped buying anything not leather years ago, because canvas & synthetic don't breath & quickly became painful. Wondering if others have had different experiences.

I have some non-leather shoes, it depends on shape and sizing. They all have leather lining.

I’m more of a neutrals fan but that green Birkin is absolutely amazing.
It’s a special way to remember as we rarely print photos these days.

I don’t think that’s true. I think everybody thought that you truly didn’t like the birkin so if you bought it, it would specifically be to resell but you’re using it and you do like it so I think that’s where the shock comes in. You always said you didn’t like it, you actually said that you found it boring and just not your style you never said you love it do you want one but it Hass to be the right one in the right color etc. everybody feels that way but you specifically said you didn’t like it. Not that you can’t change your mind I’m just saying this is where the shock comes from. It’s almost seems like you’re holding back like you don’t want to admit that you like it. That’s the way it’s coming across as well.

I don’t think that it’s because she doesn’t want to admit that she likes it. She initially doesn’t like the design of a birkin but Her experience was wonderful and that’s what surrounds the bag. Plus the color is her and she was with her friend and they were on a holiday when she got it. It was the surprise and the magic of the whole experience.

I have changed my mind about certain bags too many times to count over the years. The most recent example was I that I had zero interest in the Prada Crystal re-edition bag. I thought it was too trendy/young/flashy for me. I am 58, and don’t really buy into any of the “too old” for certain fashion trends rules, and actually like most of the popular trends, but on this bag I really did feel it was too young for me. And then I wandered into a Prada store one day and saw one in person, and I whipped my credit card out so fast I almost sprained my wrist! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
