    I arrived March 31 , 2022 In Manila. From Las Vegas NV. I had an onward ticket to Malaysia. Went to Bureau of Immigration two weeks later for an extension with no problems, one month late went to Bureau of Immigration again for another Extension for six months was granted extension automatically due to Marriage to a Filipina.
    Good advice to all Expats is to have all paperwork in hand , birth-certificate, marriage certificate, travel documents. LEAVE THE ATTITUDES at the Airport your a Guest in this Country, if you don’t like it Go Home, you’ll get along much better with smiles and thank-you. The Philippines is a Wonderful Travel Destination Enjoy the Experience. You have the Good, Bad and the Ugly everywhere in the World , be Wise in your Choices of Acquaintance’s and you’ll have a great time.

    I am a foriegner who has received 6 month visa extensions, I now heard a rumor that Immigration is only givin 6 moth visa extensions to people that are married to a philippino. Unfortunately my mate was previously married, so I can't marry my mate. I tried to get an annulment but the lawyers are so corrupt, they just keep asking for more money. I am 77 years old and heard that immigration may give 6 month extensions to senior foreigners, what is the real truth????

    Hello Jocelyn. Here is my Tourist Visa extension experience in April 2022. On arrival at Cebu airport, I had my return ticket. The return date was beyond 30 days. The Immigration clerk noticed this and I showed the prepared documents for a planned Visa extension to the Immigration Office in Tacloban (my place of stay being Leyte). There were the official forms downloaded from the Internet and already filled in, as well as the sworn statement. She agreed and only reminded me to imperatively go to the immigration office before the expiry of the 30 days. In Tacloban, the immigration office issued me an extension as requested in the form of a signed and numbered printer's document. My passport has not been annotated. On my departure, at Cebu airport, the immigration employee recorded the number of the form issued by the Tacloban immigration office next to the exit stamp on the passport.

    I need some advice please, if anyone is kind enough. My husband was born in Phils but is now a UK citizen. My mum is former Filipino and has UK only citizenship. I have booked to travel to the Philippines and it will be an 89-day stay. I am not travelling with my mum or my husband and I, together with my two sons, will be entering the Philippines with a UK passport, so not entitled to Balikbayan stamp. A Filipino friend told me to bring all documents with me to immigration desk at arrival hall and be kind and cordial and we might get lucky with a Balikbayan stamp. I don’t really want to take this risk.
    Are we going to be given 30 days, even though our return flight is 89 days later? We will travelling in the Philippines and staying with my mum’s sister. What will we have to do? No luck asking advice from UK-Philippines consulate, no response. Any help or advice appreciated 🙏🏽

    Thailand Pass and travel insurance cancellation will attract more tourists Piphat stated that the proposal for the cancellation of the Thailand Pass registration for international arrivals to the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) during its next meeting will attract more tourists, as they will no longer be required to purchase travel insurance or deal with complex entry procedures. The Tourism Authority of Thailand will also meet with tourism operators to discuss any pressing concerns that should be brought up at the next CCSA meeting.

    From what I see there are a lot of people wanting to go to Philippines but they aren't vaccinated.
    IF Philippines politicians were smart they would advertise in other countries to get retired people to move there bc it will be very expensive for retired people in America for a long time. As some see it could take 3 to 5 years to fix this mess in America. So if Drop vaccine certificate retirement many many will come

    • @zorbakaput8537
      @zorbakaput8537 2 года назад

      If someone is serious about retiring in the Philippines then they will get vaccinated along with a lot of other inoculations to help ward off many of the illnesses you can contract in PI. If anyone is serious about retiring, vaccination (covid, rabies, hepatitis,polio, smallpox, influenza, tetanus) is a no brainer and probably less expensive in the home country.

    I have headache on the visa subject matters! Who do you think this officials created this confusing, non sense, terrible, problematic ways of traveling entering and exiting. God will certainly will say the same as what I’ve said. This matter should be considered in what God has said all men and women are created equal. If you are from are or were born on that country we should be able to go in and out of our own country ! Where ever we go to another country that’s another story . It should be universal who ever country you came from everybody should be treated easily equally !! You were born and grow up in your own country that should not be become a hindrance if we traveled stayed work to another country. All this BS are just created by humans not by God so humans are just too much nonsense.
