My mini b came with a broken servo and the shocks were empty and wouldn’t hold oil for more than two race days . This was about 2 years ago so it’s disappointing that they are still not getting their stuff together. There’s a huge minib class at my local carpet track and I get a lot of smack for hating on Losi but I can’t get behind a company that doesn’t care about their customers enough to sell cars that work
Pretty sure the quality control issues is the reason they are buy one get one free at Horizon Hobby, personally I took advantage of this deal and bought 4 a few weeks ago, no problem with all four except the front camber on all of them wete set at -4, I adjusted the camber to -1, I use a EC2 to Deans battery adapter to run a 1600 2S lipo, which gives it alot more pep, and 12mm wheel hexes to mess around with different types of tires. Enjoy!!
@@Logans_RCAdventures If it makes you feel better, they perform exactly the way the 1/10 kit I built in 1988, and for back in the day, that was a kick ass RC, They had the same issues then, so they perfected an identical replica.
My sticker looks the same with the air pocket on the drivers side, must be how they apply em. Shocks definitely seem like they need some oil, no big deal. Only other thing I noticed on mine was the top of the front right shock wasnt screwed to the tower enough, was kinda loose, easy fix. Still a cool ass car.
Yeah, that's definitely Quality Assurance issue. I'd return all of them and buy a different car.

I definitely agree with that. I'm surprised that this is an old problem as I thought I had just gotten unlucky.

Yeah, that would make sense. I'm definitely not going to buy another. The RUclips reviews way overhyped this car just because it said JRX2

Same leaky shocks? 🤣

Yeah, it's still an awesome buggy. I just wish they put more effort into quality control, especially after having two factory defected cars in a row.
