Just got mine a couple days ago servo was dead out of box, for a 17 $ servo what do I expect 😅. I ordered the reefs 179 for it hope I get to use it soon other than just wheelies lol. Other than that it seems like it's a good truck
Nice! I picked up mine from my LHS on the 25th. I swapped in a Bluebird BMS-207WV servo (direct replacement with some ~1/8" standoffs) and threw away the servo saver. SOOO much better. Mine is getting a HW 2435/16BL30 swap soon.
That little truck seems very tough it took a lot of abuse for only one shock being pulled apart I don't know if I ever go with the rear steer on it though it's so small I think the benefit you would get from it would not outweigh the headache it would create but then again I could be wrong it wouldn't be the first time LOL
Awesome review. The mini is a great little rig. Personally I would love to have a full size LMT but the cost to maintain or upgrade is too high. This little guy looks like tons of fun even in it's stock form. Thanks for sharing it. I look forward to seeing if you do any upgrades. 👍👍🏁🏁
I've heard from reliable sources the 6000 kv Spektrum 2 in 1 motor esc combo will fit nicely in there and make that thing a little tornado. If this was Mojave Grom price it'd be a no brainer. At its actual price it's an easy pass for me. I just paid $300 out the door for the Redcat Valkyrie MT. That's almost what this little thing cost once tax is added. You gonna tell me this is equivalent to a 4s large 10th scale 60 mph Monster truck in any way besides price?
After waiting for months from Amain, I happened across one at my local hobby shop. Def runs like a toy, the way most 18th scale do. But there is some fun to be had.
Just it but of a novelty item , my regular lmt has 100s of runs , some how original wheels are still good and I’m running them on the maxx now for snow ❄️ snapped a axle but I pushed it in single digit temps 😂 I did go through about 10 RTR and Amazon servos with the LMT, you must use a high end servo
@@AndrewSury nice , I’ve been using protek bl170 , I keep getting grinding in tranny , first I shimmed , than I changed gear with the shaft now I have a new ring gear for center diff but it could be the transmission flexing I should’ve just bought whole thing been done lol
Hello, if I want to install another receiver I will probably have to change the Esc. Do you know how many amps the motor has? and the servo can you swap? Does what I have in mind actually work? I don't know that well yet. Best regards

Nearly 300 for a tiny truck, please don't take offense, cause you've got some wicked stuf/videos But this looks like it should be £60/£70 We shouldn't pay these prices, its getting out of hand, id like to get this but no way can I pay justify Nearly 300 quid, no way Good video thou bro
For $300 "adequate" performance isn't enough. I have and like a LMT King Sling. I also know it's not really good at anything. It's not fast, handling is bad, and durability isn't great. Power is fine though. If it came with a 550 brushed motor I'd feel differently altogether. This is that. All it seems to have is the looks. I have a HBX 1/16 brushed that performs this good and is more durable. I got it off Amazon for $35 and it came with 2 batteries, 2 bodies, and extra parts I haven't needed yet. That licensed body isn't worth $235 to me. I'm not mad, just disappointed. I want to want this but I just don't. Plastic shocks for this price? Do better Losi.
Everybody was moaning about the price until Traxxas released their toddler speed TRX4MT and now all of a sudden you realise why the price of the Losi
Agreed, and I say this as a guy who likes the 4M platform.
Save up for the 1/18 Losi, it'll be worth it. It's what I'm doing.

It will not bind to the a Spektrum transmitter unless you change out the Rx motor and ESC. The stock uses SLT Protocol.
