    Hi TVC,
I strongly feel that it is crucial to implement comprehensive sexual harassment training programs in Nigerian workplaces. The pervasive issue of sexual harassment is deeply rooted in the culture of Nigeria and has unfortunately manifested across various educational institutions and work environments. Your efforts to bring attention to this matter are truly appreciated. In order to address this issue effectively, it is essential that the education and training initiatives on sexual harassment encompass proactive measures to prevent any form of retaliation against individuals who bravely step forward to report such incidents. This step is critical to creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone in the workplace. Thank you for shedding light on this important issue.

Many of these men see their female subordinates as free take. Even to get a job some bosses will insist a girl must drop. This is a big issue especially in private businesses

I feel you. My mom is a no nonsense woman but my confidence as a strong woman comes from my dad. I knew I was untouchable and worthy because of him. Too many underestimate the value of a father to his daughters.

Just a word of caution to BeeCee. What informs your assumption of him being a Muslim? Please note that we're talking about sexual harassment here which Islam frowns at more than any other religion.

She was right to report and write the Minister. The man in questuon is a perm sec, so her petition shd be addressed to the Minister. And the Minister did the right thing by suspending him pending when investigations commence.

The trauma that women go through all their lives because of sexual harassments that happened in their youths is traumatic. Many women have told me their stories and some can't have normal sexual relationships with her spouses.

This nonsense happens all the time, this thing happened to me when l was serving. A Permanent secretary harassed me to the extend that his staff thought it was normal. You know the worst part of it all,he was an old man in his late fifty married to a young British medical doctor with children yet he couldn't keep it in his pant.

BeeCee it’s important you have an understanding of issues before talking about it, claiming or assuming the man is a Muslim is derogatory more so Islam frawn at such behavior besides sexual harassment is a non religious thing it’s happening in churches and mosques
So stop spreading misinformation and misleading narrative to the public
