Ingredients:
Rice: 1 Cup ( for two servings)
Water: As required
Method:
1. Wash your rice 2-3 times. Till water runs clear.
2. Cook till 12-15 mins (preferabbly in a saucepot)
3. Check once if its done.
4. Drain excess water (if any).
5. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate.
6. Wait for tomorrow fried rice recipe coming soon.
Tips: You can totally use fresh rice also just make sure its not hot.

for the water measurements, use 1.5x measurement of water for 1x measurement of rice (ex: if you use 1cup rice, use 1.5 cups water)
