    This video shows you how to install a new TRQ radiator in your 1992-1996 Ford F-150. Overheating is a sure sign there’s something wrong with your cooling system. A leak, rust, or obstructions are all cases that may require a radiator replacement. Install a new TRQ radiator that’s engineered to fit your vehicle.

    I didn’t have to take the fan off to remove my radiator

    I had to just buy a radiator, and mine, being a 96 "half year" as the parts man said, had a different radiator. A thinner one, with a different bolt pattern for the shroud than this one shown here. Be sure to examine your parts before installation!! Potentially safe yourself a lot of time/ money later on!

    Why didn't you replace the upper/lower hoses as well as the thermostat while you had it torn down to that level?

    You don't need the disconnect the battery to replace a radiator I've done it several times on a 1990 and a 1995 f150. Looks like the upper radiator hose might need replacing 15:17

    The bolt holding the shroud to the radiator are 10mm

    Is there a bleeder valve somewhere? My ‘99 f-150 recently had the radiator replaced, but now heater doesn’t blow hot and engine temp is high, I suspect air in the system.

    Looks like someone did an air pump delete on this truck the pully was all rusty
