I always look for information about Ford on their channel and I am grateful because their videos are easy to understand and have several steps to avoid making mistakes.

Excellent video for Ford 4.9L owners. She is a wonderful instructor and is right about those ancient vacuum lines. Hopefully my truck will get better gas mileage as the price in central California today is $5.25 gal.

Thank you for teaching me how to fix my truck. I appreciate you taking the time to make ah really good video. I have to do the lifters on my 94 f150 4.9 liter engine this helps me a lot. I think I'm gonna put new injectors on it. 😊

You are the best profesor mechanic ive seen on youtube..
The question is. I have 1995 E 350 ford, and mice got to it and placed lots of garbage near thw upper intake place, around the injectors, and at a gas station being inside for a cup of coffee, i came out and see smoke coming from th3 engine. The heat of the engine burned the stuff mice placed there. It burned few, i think 2, or 3 plugs to the injectors. And some vqcum lines. Now they are not working. So i think i have only 3 cilinders that works sporadically.
There is no way i could get to it to replace the plugs, or the vacum lines there.. E 95 upper intake is very tight and cumbersome to get in there.
Question : do I need to take the engine out from the van to do the work?
Where could i get a compleate harness for it?
    Thank you!

Hey there could this be my problem on my 1992 5.0 when I put it on drive it feels like my hand break is on lock but it’s not . May this be the issue. I was thinking it was the trans I spend $2,400 on a rebuilt one and nothing . I got $3,000 on it already and I don’t wanna lose hope! Or get done in!

    i have a 1995 f150 5.8 without the obd2.
what is the difference in TRQ FIA60983 and TRQ FIA60741. none of them on the 1a auto site say how many lbs they are. I think a stock 5.8 uses 21lbs injectors. It is a stock truck that I use for moving firewood.

+@ME-pw3kc Part number FIA60983 is not compatible with the engine size of your vehicle. FIA60741 is listed to be compatible and will be made to the same exact specifications as the original equipment parts.

All that work and you only replace one injector? Why not just replace them all so you won't have to do all that work again. ???

Just dont buy the part from them cause it probably wont work when you get and they will want you to pay the shipping to get another one that works.

I disagree about not using grease, Ive used grease on injector o-rings for 25 years and never had a problem, it makes assembly much easier and helps with the seating.
