Its possible to confront, process, and learn from your trauma sober too! Lots of people try to seek external remedies instead of looking in. Sure it might give you answers but its what you do with them moving forward. Just because you understand why you do the things you do doesn't mean you've healed -- that's only the surface

Harry, pharmacist here, semaglutide is ozempic. It's just the generic name.
She is correct! It’s the active ingredient in these drugs. It could have been a different dose ( higher or lower) depending which brand was taken. Ozempic doses are different than Wagovy. Never touched the stuff but I work in Regulatory for Pharma and reading through the literature is wild!
Any respectful gentleman would NEVER ghost. There are words for every type of ending and a real man wouldn’t ghost for no reason. The only reason to “ghost” is when you’ve tried to tell the person and they just aren’t understanding or accepting the end. Otherwise, it’s super douchey.

You don't need Ayahuasca to do self reflection work / process trauma/ understand yourself
Ayahuasca is a deeply spiritual calling. It's a fast track to healing that not everyone is ready for (and I'm saying this as a psychotherapist who has been in practice since 2015). I've done dozens of ceremonies and haven't sat with the medicine since 2017 after having sat with very skilled and well-trained Shamanic Indigenous elders. So, yes, therapy, yoga, self-reflection, psycho-somatic, nervous system work, ancestral work, and relationship work are also important outside of plant medicines...but for those who are deeply struggling and looking for a warrior path, and willing to face it with courage this would be the fast-track route. i've sat next to veterns who've healed years of trauma in one night. Its a deeply, deeply potent medicine and sadly being exploited in the West. But maybe that too is the grand design. ANYWAY, my two cents lol. And I did the medicine all the way through my twenties, now I'm 31. So, it's helped me heal DEEEP patterns that I had no way of accessing at 20.
