I’m Italian and I’ve known his dad Vincenzo Mancuso from his work with some Italian artist as a lead guitarist. I’ve always loved his style and his phrasing. He’s obviously technically less skilled than his son but what Matteo can still learn from his dad is a bit of warmth and research for that melodic feel that his dad always had in his solos. I’m so happy for his dad and happy that Matteo is clearly still enjoying playing with his old man.

Vinnie was a professional player who played with many famous Italian artists. He was a great and polished player.

Magnificent !! Such a pleasure to hear a player that makes me fall in love with the instrument all over again. And after hearing Matteo play with his Dad, it's clear he was blessed with a highly musical family too.

Such amazing playing, such a treat to hear you play Matteo and with your dear dad, Vinnie! You must be so proud of each other. What great memories you are making together. You're the best. Such a treat hearing you two play!

With good music, no costumes are required. This is wonderful. Playing one of my first shows, I dropped may pick and foolsihly paused and picked it up. I should have trusted my hand, as I now do, and left the pick on the stage floor where it knew it belonged.

Most great musicians had a parent that exposed them to music ever since they were toddlers.. Matteo was listening while his Mom was carrying him ! Great to see Dad and son together having a good time playing music !

Awww, so great yet sad to see so many of my friends in this video that I missed seeing this year! First NAMM I missed in 16 years! Matteo and his father are such mesmerizing guitarists. They had a little backroom jam about 5 years ago when we were prototyping the latest Revstar guitars. It was such an amazing experience!!! Such beautiful music! ☺🙏🎵🇮🇹❤🎶🎸 Bellissimo!!!
