Nice to see Joe and other musicians covering Jeff Beck. Didn't see it much before Jeff died. Both Joe and John are reproducing the notes, but John's tone is a bit over-distorted and harsh. Joe's tone is warmer and closer to Beck's from Blow By Blow. I'm a huge fan of Jeff Beck, and love some of McLaughlin's work too. Mahavishnu Orchestra was a big influence on Beck.
