Very nutritious combo Gitaji! Why shouldnt we soak the whole jowar in water and grind as such either in mixie or in wet grinder? Can I replace jowar with whole ragi grains?
@@GitasKitchen I tried it out for this morning's breakfast..the idlis didn't turn out soft 😞..perhaps since it didn't ferment well since the weather in Bangalore has cooled down..sambar came out well.

Yes you can use jowar flour same method. Roasted gram is necessary to thicken sambar
