    Thank you Madam for a lovely recipe. One request to you is, will you please show how to STEAM vegetables and greens in a Cocker. Now a days steamer has come to steam vegetables and greens. Without buying steamer, i want to steam them in cocker, if you have free time, request you for a video in this regard. Thank you so much madam ji. 🙏🙏🙏

    Since i dont hv whole Jowar, cn i use jowar flour & is it the same method or different? Is roasted gram necessary or cn it be omitted?

      Yes you can use jowar flour same method. Roasted gram is necessary to thicken sambar

    Very nutritious combo Gitaji!
    Why shouldnt we soak the whole jowar in water and grind as such either in mixie or in wet grinder?
    Can I replace jowar with whole ragi grains?

    Ma'am could I soak the jowar n grind it coarsely once n for all instead of this process?

      Yes but you will have to dry it well before storing

      @@GitasKitchen I tried it out for this morning's breakfast..the idlis didn't turn out soft 😞..perhaps since it didn't ferment well since the weather in Bangalore has cooled down..sambar came out well.
