Instant Pot 101 - Getting started cooking with your Instant Pot Duo

With all the horror stories that you've heard about pressure cookers, getting started can be a little intimidating. I assure you, the Instant Pot has been engineered to be very safe. Plus once you start using it, you'll love it!
This is a quick run down of getting started with the Instant Pot. I'm using my 6 quart DUO model, but I think it will be of help no matter what model you have. Enjoy!
