Wow the colors and textures exterior and interior are to my taste very subtle, easy on the eyes. Just wish for a little window by the side of the kitchen sink and a narrow counter top just below for more counter space. 👌❤️

Hi Sir, love all your designs. By the way, I recently bought a 40sqm lot with 5x8 size and as a rule, we must allocate at least 1meter for setback or easement which I know kinda crazy. But, what design would you suggest if we're planning to build a 3-storey house with 3-4 bedrooms (tiny room is fine), 2 t&b and a garage. I'm willing to sacrifice the entire first floor if necessary. Please help. :(

For me, i make it roof deck and i remove the bedroom at the ground and i placed the kitchen there, to make more space for dinning.. 😍😍😍
