Some good tools and ideas
Gotta try that plastic repair with iron and nail going to try it on my bike break leaver 👍
I ❤ that bike chain screwed into the wood to make a bad azz diy genius level hinge! I'm actually gonna use that idea to create a fold up table for my tiny home!!!
Chainsaw storage was infinitely valuable! I use pool noodles for all kinds of things, I'm dismayed that this never occurred to me. 😆😎✌️
These tips are extremely handy and practical - I think all viewers should forward the video to a Handyman they know!
I never thought about a bike chain being a multi-tasker. I'm using that one. Thanks 👍🏻
Sometimes you forget some tricks and you find others even more ingenious here, thank you very much for posting this content.
thanks for sharing this video 💗 big nice 👍 full watch ⌚
Wow, thoroughly enjoyed watching
Holy crap this is what youtube is really all about, useful videos like this, great tips, all of them
What's the great tip at 1:31?
Thanks for these kind of technic in working
Wonderful... i love all these things...
1:32 is to see & make sure the hole you drill goes straight. It's for balance the up and down. If the spanner go back it's mean the hole you drill go up not straight. Thanks me later
I needed that explanation. Thanks.
simply ingenious!
11:07 très bonne idée !
several times I found myself raising my eyebrows, smiling and nodding in admiration and appreciation while wtching this vid
thanks fr making and sharing ;-)
Muy prácticas tus ideas,👍
Very very beautiful, thanks for sharing my friend 👍🤩
fully watched 👌
Obrigado!
Some narration/explanation would have been helpful for some of these.
But I do appreciate the lack of annoying music that accompany most videos like this. Thank you.
I did find some very useful ideas like the chainsaw protection for stowage.
Muy buenas ideas
Nice. I made the loop a big larger and it serves as a hook remover
Great video. Moves fast, lots of good stuff. Thanks!!
A VERY useful video with many tips that the ordinary person can use. Thank you!
Great video. Definitely putting some of these to use.
omg. how will i ever be able to remember all this 👌
the cleanest , unscarred handy man hands......in the world .
Fantastic idea.
I have thought of a very few of these things myself, which makes me appreciate the others even more. What comes to mind are the nail as a drill bit, several makeshift soldering iron rests, wrapping a magnet before using it to pick up fine particles (I have used a disposable bag then turned it inside out for removal; I have also used tape), and using something odd to temporarily hold a screw onto a loose driver to start it it an awkward place (some of my choices are a bit of drinking straw, wiring insulation, or something tubular, split lengthwise for easy removal).
😅
video clip rất hữu ích😍😍
This is Brilliant! As a carpenter / builder / plumber/ electrician over the last 50 years I have utilized about 50% of these tricks. Most were forgotten until now, so cool to see them in one concise RUclips... along with even more creative ideas and stuff I never imagined . Thank you so much ( not sure about some of the knife sharpeners though) :)
Vvv
Don't get a lot of follow up jobs I bet.
I'd never hire you.
Merci beaucoup pour la vidéo

Thank you for 6.00 "how to rejoin a broken wire cable", very intelligent.
thanks!!!👍👍👍
For those who have every unusual tool and how very well but technology has come along way along way but very informative video sir..
Syntax. Use it.
superbe vidéo amigo!
5:42 - Modified segmented blade to be used in soldering iron to melt/cut through a plastic bottle.👍🤯
8:44 - Used segmented blade to saw/cut through plastic bottle. 😏🤔🤪
This is amazing brothers
i especially liked the tricks to easily dull any of your blades...
If you need to make a dimple on a piece of metal,,to help start the drill cutting,,,,Simply put the drill in reverse it will stay in one place .
with every minute im getting more confused with this guys mind, he's a genius, my mind cant handle it. It's like HowToBasic, but actually (kinda) helpful
My guess is that he is a methamphetamine addict that is at least 5 years claims Thomas and congressing as this inventions are actually useful, and he doesn't have to get distracted every 5 minutes by compulsions to Scan, while doubling uh a 1000 miles per hour, Switching at random betwixt exactly 69 separate topics that are not even tangentially related, peer rapidly through the shades and yell at people who aren't there About how much they are not making sense, which will be the 1st and only thing said that day that Could even possibly be relevant to any of the ludicrous situations at hand
Some good ideas there. That’ll be 1 sharp knife!
Big thumb up
always like your work 👍 and your channel 💗
That "sharpener" hack is going to ruin the edge on a blade and make it far more difficult to repair properly. Depending on the drill speed you might even fuck up the heat treat.
So helpful👍
My mind is blown!
He had some great ideas in that video 💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡
Thanks!! Now I have my knives sharpened.
Deshalb "Daumen hoch".
I see this as really cool ingenuity 😎
Muito top demais

Also uses a pozi for Phillips, and Phillips for pozi.
The one where he fixes the USB cable using heat shrink I've done many times and it works far better if you put a little hot glue inside of the heat shrink because it gets between any bare wires and insulates them from each other
Or you could use that heat shrink that has the goo in it
The wrench on the drill bit. Is to see if your drilling the hole level or not.
Square, not level
@@Dan-qn3su LEVEL is right, square vertically is also right, but it wouldn't indicate square horizontally, so LEVEL is the old Indian trick 👍
What was the spanner on the drill bit for?
Holding it steady, I imagine.
The ring spanner hangs loose so you can see if you're drilling in horizontally or not. If you're not level the spanner slides towards or away from the drill. You don't have to hold it or anything.
Just alter the drill angle until the spanner stays still and it's level.
This is the only tip I already used before I saw this 👍
@@edf9577 Clever. Thank you for the clarification.
Way Excellent!! 😀
Very Good BOB, i make semelliant videos inspiring by Mr Inventor
So much better without music!!
I knew it
All those small things that I keep collection of
Are good for something
I need to explore building tricks
thank you lots of cool ideas
4:06
Admittedly, this one was pretty clever.
1:32
...?
3:04
...? (If the hole in the wood is an issue, just use a plug...)
3:15
Please don't do this to your knives/blades.
3:22
Terrible idea. If, for whatever reason, it's accidentally turned on it will skip/jump out quite easily. Most rotary tools already come with a handle to hang it from (like Dremel). If yours doesn't... just attach something to hang it from on the cord and make sure the head of the tool isn't contacting anything.
3:27
You took more time and materials and left holes in the wood where duct tape would've sufficed. "But I don't have duct tape..." You had a knife, plastic containers and staple gun but no duct tape?
boas idéias👏👏👏 Brazil watching
Gostei bastante também. Tenho alguns vídeos parecidos no meu canal!
Amazing 🤩
I liked
Ya había visto este video, 👍
Muy bien
I’ve been a handyman fifty years. If I needed these tips, I’d become a politician.
Wauw brilliant! what kind of glue u use? Thankz!
11:20 you don’t even need to cut it with scissors or use an insulator sleeve, just use a lighter 😭
I just love watching you 😃 would watch for hours. I am kind of like you, I like to find a way to get a job done without bying a new tool or to fix with wath I have handy instead of trowing and buying new. I should send you some of the things I did lolll.
another diy queen you rock sister!
FORD MOTOR COMPANY, THE EXCELLENT COMPANY 🇧🇷👏🇧🇷🇧🇷👏🇧🇷🇧🇷
Nice!
thanks for share
2:02 Please, what is added to the drill?
I like the bicycle chain hinge.
Yes, it looks quite nice. I think to put it on an old wood door on a barn.
Thanks you for your time and your video for everyone to know that good
very useful tips
Bottle openers… I use the butt end of my bic lighter against my hand wrapped round the bottle neck and pry it off in one go. We have Ale 8-1 soft drink here with pop tops so most of us that grew up here can do it. I can use about anything that will fit under the bottle cap at all. Screw driver. Pice of pipe. Some ink pens/markers. Spoon. About anything that’s hard and makes a good lever.
I have never needed a bottle opener specific tool.
You just choke the top of the bottle with one hand tight and insert your implement between your fist and the cap and pry against your hand-knuckle- fulcrum.
Good and a well-known method. It works sufficiently well with the last bottle. All the previous bottles may be opened much easier: the same way, but using another bottle.
Great tutorial, thank you😘
That was painful to watch, only because I know many of them, but folks...these do work!!
Excellent video! Thank you!
Frayed cable
Super glue and chop off with sharp knife
Great for shoe laces
At 9:10, whats the name of this adaptative tool please?
