You can do something similar with gasoline and Styrofoam, just keep dissolving the foam until you get the desired thickness.

If you can find Styrofoam and keep adding it to your petrol you will get the same results. Insert it to an empty bottle with a lip flag in the opening and you could serve cocktails. Molotov! I mean moseltof!
