This was super interesting to watch. I thought that all shops in Venezuela had bare shelves with nothing to buy.
I've been to Cuba two times and saw shops with nothing to sell and that was before Covid 19.
You surprised me with with your video of shopping malls and American fast food restaurants in Caracas. You wouldn't see that in Cuba.
I'm sure that most people in Venezuela can't afford those places but the fact that they still exist in the country is very unexpected.
I mentioned Cuba because it's economic situation is compared to Venezuela in the media a lot these days.

The problem is, although the prices don't sound bad, the average Venezuelan makes the equivalent of 4 U.S. dollars a month. Yeah it's real safe there because there are no guns????? Not quite, the government has plenty of guns there, and they are keeping them, and the citizens will keep their poverty forever, sadly.
