I started watching you years back because I had bought an instant pot and you were making amazing recipes for it. That being said, I moved on to the instant Dutch oven and I love that most of your recipes can be made in whatever I choose to use. Great job! I also love soups!!
I hate tablespoons, cups, pints, quarts, etc types of measurements. The standard for measurement should always be weight... at least include the weight if you're going to use Cups, Ounces, Tablespoons, Teaspoons, etc.
Your cheese will behave better if you shred your own. Pre-shredded cheese is coated in cellulose to prevent it from clumping (check the label). But it also prevents it from melting nicely. Also what happened to your Instant Pot recipes? I’m disappointed.

I use Campanelle shaped pasta, it's easier on the spoon and looks like trumpet shaped lasagna noodles.
I could eat soup every day. I believe this is the first dish I've seen you NOT cook in the instant pot.

Most likely not. You'd need a LOT of flour.
