Just out of curiosity, how much strategy creation is Joe actively a part of? I would guess for specific amounts of counterplay or opponent analysis you collaborate a bit more than just theorizing something from scratch on paper, but for the sake of clarity. As a team who focuses on in match adaptation I would be interested in seeing how you go about this sort of creation for attack and how much looser/dynamic it would have to be to be successful.
Joe provide me with analytics (statistical information) on the teams we play. I review VODs and make any changes to strategy or bans based off what I see myself. As for attack we do not dry run attack, I will call what we’re doing in the round.
