- It's car show season in Arizona. Seems like every weekend, there is something going on! This was an event on February 4 in Fountain Hills that benefits Phoenix Children's Hospital. Thanks for coming along.
This was my 8th year there with cars. A few years I had two cars there. Best show in AZ.

So many beautiful cars. Phoenix is truly the hotspot for car events this time of year...
BTW I'm sending u some pics of Fountain Hills from May 1980. Actually it's mostly of my then 3 year old Camaro but you can see the fountain (inactive) in one of the pics. The funny part is the area at the time was very undeveloped. I was able to drive my car onto the grass and there were barely any people there...
I just went through the photos! Remarkable - you had the place all to yourself! Camaro looked great, too.

I was hoping for a picture of "Slimer." My parents had a yellow 2-door hardtop 1968 Fairlane 500. It did not have power steering, so it took both hands to maneuver in a parking lot. For 1968 the Torino was the upscale model of the Fairlane. Car shows are all about the memories, aren't they?
The only Slimer pic I found was of the rear quarter, but I forgot to add it to the video

I’ve always been a huge fan of European classics, so I appreciate you spending some time with the Lotus, Citroen, and Jaguar cars… especially that gorgeous Jaguar E-Type! The Corvettes looked gorgeous, too (and makes me wish my uncle would show his G2 1965 Corvette at more shows). I smiled when I saw the tach on the Legend surge past 5k - how’s the old girl holding up?

i’m super impressed the clutch on the 94 legend is still holding up for 600k miles!

Yes we did pass by Fountain Hills! And saw the fountain from Highway 87

The Tesla crowd lol....please, those area dime a dozen and are as ubiquitous as Camrys and Accords lol. They're everywhere, esp in the Bay Area

The Teslas there where from a dealer, just like Rivian’s and Lucid’s were. All dealer cars. And why do you ask are they there. Because people at this show have money. Money buys EVs. People making $48k a year don’t buy EVs. This is not the Scottsdale Pavilions car show.

That was a lot of fun and another wonderful video once again. Thank you for sharing. Really enjoyed the British green Lotus Esprit I saw with the gold wheels - the Lotus Esprit is a car that has always eluded me in life .

No it's never been rebuilt
