Dr. Ratio isn't a good substitute for Feixiao. He's a main DPS and doesn't proc follow-up attacks to help Fei stack.

And the Feigned toughness mechanic allows to deal even more break damage. It is 25% of the normal amount, but results in full damage

@@ouroboros6738 the boss is designed more for Clara/Yunli/Blade. It does frequent attacks with low damage, perfect for characters who want to take damage/get hit.
The turbulence (the feigned toughness stuff) though is clearly here to sell Lingsha, yes. There is also a second part to it that relies on frequent attacks from allies, so that Feixiao would feel right at home too.
But it is the most beneficial to regular break, rather than Super Break. So the main winner is Boothill lol.
