That is making America sick! That’s why we are one of the richest but unhappiest cultures in the world! If they paid me overtime I would consider staying an hour late. But guess what!!! Corporations came up with a BS called a salaried job. I work 55 hours weekly for no extra pay. I LOVE IT! 😂 we got to stop promoting the work more hours culture.

It was different in his generation I'll be fired for that too😂. Can't clock in too early and I can't stay late it's not allowed, unless asked which is rare. The top manager also stands at the time clocks and nags about people being on the clock 🙄 pretty overbearing

I think quiet quitting is a far better strategy these days. I'm not saying be a dirtbag or be lazy in life though. IMO the entire 9-5 system is unethically designed. Rather than feeding it, we should starve the old system and create a new one. Most jobs can be done in 3-4 hours/day, most employees are underpaid, most jobs can be remote, etc.

😂😂😂sounds like a businessman who paying his employees min wage on a sht commission scale😂 you hate your job self reflect and figure out why..then put the energy and focus in what you really want to do and when you created a stable bridge quit your stupid job😂this is ridiculous you can force yourself to love your job but what’s the point. There’s a difference between hating your job and wanting to change course. If you just hate your job chances are you won’t like the next one either unless it’s something you really love. Figure out if you’re burnt out or fed up and move accordingly. If it’s burnout take pto if your job doesn’t offer pto- you probably really do need another job . But jobs aren’t the only way to make money. There saved you 6 months of your life. You’re welcome

This isn’t worth it. I wake up today that i need to go to work but im exhausted. I hate my job even more than before. They have screwed me more than i know. This is not worth it. "Being good at your job attracts more work. It's called "performance punishment" an it is a dangerous game for leaders. Overworking your high-performers to avoid growing your under-performers is a fast track for disaster.
It breeds resentment. Good people will leave and poor performers will not learn. Be very careful of the behaviors and standards we reward."
