Im an electrician for 25 and I agree. they go above and beyond and they are thorough. and I feel for the guys in the hot attics I've spent many many hours in a scalding hot no oxygen having stuffy itchy Texas summer attic. it's damn hard work and these guys don't back down
18 years it won’t be easy. Would enjoy seeing a follow up from the homeowner to know if they are having peace at home.

Rats destroyed my house. I literally moved out and put an addition on my guesthouse. Within a three week span last winter a group of about 6 rats entered my house via an open door in the little room where my water heater is. I left the door open because the water heater had leaked. Anyway, rats crawled up the walls of that storage room, ate through the drywall of the master bedroom and drove me out of the house. I’m petrified of rats! So I had security cameras installed and literally came to “know” each rat. Then I put Tom Cat rat traps upstairs and caught three with peanut butter. When I couldn’t catch the last three I adopted the two meanest cats from my shelter and they did the job. I love my cats now too. But, like me, they live in the guest house too now. I don’t want my babies around that rat shit. Surprisingly it’s hard to find someone who wants to clean up rat shit everywhere. Do you know of a cleanup crew on the east coast who can restore a place that was once ransacked by rats?

Same. It’s because of their incredible energy, enthusiasm and expertise that is so captivating. The rats get people to click initially but it is THEM that gets people to stay and watch/listen.

I have an enormous phobia to rodents but I also am very ocd about keeping my home free from rodents so my biggest problem is figuring out a way to remove rodents without having to look and dispose the traps myself. I've resorted to making several loony toony traps and boxes over the years. I envy yalls fearlessness on handling these pests
3:55 I know some remodeling/contractors that don’t even do this when in a house doing jobs. I commend you; and like what seeing; as when this stuff comes out (blowers in windows) it tells me….YOU CARE and WANT TO MAKE NO WORK for homeowners when your done. Also, why not, as doesn’t take that much time to put up protection, even negative/positive pressure system in a room demoing to keep dust/debris down for everyone sake (sorry for that tangent, had a rough remodel from a sub hired, & will be last as well, on a job we just completed).

Hi guys, I just found y'all here on RUclips for the first time, and I am loving your channel! I have a question for you: Years ago we used a rat poison that would dehydrate the rats insides so that they didn't smell after they ate it and died. I don't remember the brand, but I thought it was one of the bigger names like D-Con, etc. I've more recently been reading ALL the labels in the stores trying to find it again, but to no avail. 😭 Does the Plaster of Paris/flour mixture help to eliminate the smell after hardening the intestines of the rats? We have a dog that I worry will catch/find and eat a poisoned rat, so having them die under the floor or in the attic wouldn't be so bad if I can find a dehydrating poison that would make them not smell.

Shawn Woods tested it out some time ago and found it very effective.

I place cameras through out my attic and traps. I can’t figure out how they come in i sealed all holes but at least i catch them

Yeah the pest control don’t go above and beyond like you they only put bait stations must be a hole somewhere can’t see or too high on the house because I still hear them in the attic, they never go into the attic either

Dear Twin Home Experts. Just a tip for you. ( unless you already know it) : I flow HOT water to test which pipe goes where. Run hot water then FEEL the drain pipes and FEEL which get hot.
