Hi Andrew , some lovely images and memories from what looked like a great location. The one image that made me pause the video for a longer look was actually the pigeon image at 4:06 liked the lines of the light and shadow areas and how the pigeon , in my mind, looks confused by the shadow, like that one mate !
Thanks for watching Lee. That shot was one of my favourite images. I love all the angles created by the shadows on the building and the bird and its shadow.
I might have to do a street photography video using this camera ( a viewer has already suggested it). I'd never suggest that it is really fit for that purpose, with the zoom lens it isn't exactly inconspicuous, especially when photographing people but I'm always up for a challenge. Thanks for watching Phil.
👍28 sorry we keep missing vids on this channel, just saw your ad for this on insta. Some cracking shots here Andy, pretty much every one of them could find an instant home in a gallery. The close up cats are adorable but so are the bird shots.
Cheers for watching Nick and Jill. They weren't bad for a budget camera, the zoom makes it great for wildlife. The Turnstones were spotted at the island beach bar. They have copied the behaviour of the doves and hang around for scraps. Usually, they are quite timid little things.
So many fabulous images! I don't think anyone gets better images out of the FZ80 than you Andrew, IMO it was a remarkable camera for the price point. Hard to pick favourites today but the umbrella colour burst and the sleeping white cat are right up there. Always good to see what you have been up to.
Cheers Dennis. I was impressed with the results I got to be honest, even in low light with the palm trees with the red sunset sky - at that point it was pretty much the last of the light. I did bump the ISO but the shutter speed was painfully slow. Thanks for watching.
aha - few images I'd noticed to mention here but the one that really caught me was the one you popped back up at the end screen, which I presume means that you have an afinity for it too - the angles and the shadow of the pigeon, really fabulous that one, great spot. But also the brollys, the guy in front of the fish mural, the profile of the cat, and more...very good collection mate.
Thanks Dave, yeah I really like that shot, I just like the way the shadows played with the angles of the building and the bird's shadow. Cheers for watching.
Excellent output from this budget Panasonic. If you know what you’re doing this can be a great option and a good all rounder particularly with good light. Always liked their colours contrary to what some say. Thanks for the video 👏
Thanks for watching. I do enjoy using this little camera, it is so versatile. I was pretty much guaranteed good light in this part of the world so the small sensor is less of an issue than in the UK in December!
Lots of great images in this one Andrew! It's a shame that camera is no longer being made. Hard to choose a favorite but I really liked the urban/street image at 3:03, the little critter at 3:23, the sleeping cat images, the bird and it's shadow at 4:04, and the crab at 4:45... basically all of them 😂 Fantastic work as always! Sorry for the late comment. Have a great weekend!
Thanks for watching Paul. The FZ82 was a great starter camera, I bought mine to do video and then realised what a great travel camera it is. Give it good light, and it takes a nice image. It won't trouble a good DSLR or Mirrorless camera, but at the price point it was sold at (£250-£300) it was aimed at a different market. Have a great weekend too.
Great images Andy from what looked a grand trip abroad - loved the brolly shot and the bnw layered mountain scene and some lovely sunset colours too - all the best 👍🏻
Great images all around Andy - Love the colors on those umbrellas.
Thanks, Dave. The umbrellas were very vibrant. I doubt they'd look as good on a rainy day in Durham. 😀 Thanks for watching.

Hi, big thumbs up 22...Awe the sleeping kitties...too sweet...The butterfly's and crab shots are beautiful...
Thanks so much for watching, Elizabeth, much appreciated. I'm pleased you enjoyed the photos.
It does look like a great camera, Andy. Love the beautiful photo's you took!
Thanks for watching Dave and Kathy. We had a great holiday, and I really enjoy taking photos while I'm out there.
Wonderful photos. Can't choose a favorite I liked them all.
Thanks Ellie 😊
Awesome!! Really like the colours of those umbrellas and one can never go wrong with a great image of a butterfly! Great work!!
Thanks Bruce, that species of butterfly has eluded me on my travels previously, so I was very happy to get these shots. Have a great week with Otis.
Some very nice work
Thanks so much 😀
Andy that was great.
I do love a bit of street photography and you had some great shots in there 👌

Super shooting Andrew. My absolute favourite is the B&W Ring Necked Dove that you used for the outro. The umbrellas were stunning too. Keith
Thanks, Keith. That was a favourite image too.

Some great images there Andrew. My faves were the one at 4:06 and the colourful umbrellas. 👍
It think both those images are everyone's favourites. Thanks for watching Robert.

Hi Andrew, I hope you're doing well. Yeah, it was a great trip, a nice break from the UK winter. Thanks for watching.
