Last thing - finally I found out that pilot bearing inside the flywheel was pushed out 8mm, most probably during reassembly by my mechanic when he changed the clutch. So the noises are the sum of excessive free turn (25mm instead of 15mm) of flywheel and gearbox shaft not sitting properly inside flywheel pilot bearing. I just finished the job today, new flywheel, new oil in gearbox, big big difference. The pleasure of driving is back.
