I do feel like listening and watch Steven has helped me to remember to do my art for myself and not anyone else. It doesn't give me dread because they aren't my motivation. That will be the biggest life lesson from Steven. From the beginning.
honest to god, i have watched most of steves drawing meditations and livestreams and they were a pretty big deal for me, but i have to say , im not evn 15 mins in and this already the best video on his channel
Bro I'm not gonna lie. I did not find this channel organically like your legitimate followers. But it's truly fascinating seeing a fairly successful person with the same name as you having fun doing what they love. It's a very strange inspiration, but I love your channel. Keep it up man.
"this is what's people have been talking about in art, it's been on the news and it would be irresponsible for us not to talk about it..." oh ok, he's going to talk about AI Narrator: _he wasn't going to talk about AI_
my biggest fear is getting teleported to the harrowing depth of the ocean while I'm taking a shower. So I never closed my eyes even if the shampoo burns my eyes.
you two together are my favourites for the combination of art love and just complete insanity personally, i’m considering this episode 4 of A to Z along with your art&spirit episodes and that one live you did on med’s channel like 7 years ago
This is the first time I ever hear Steven Zapata speak and I'm only 10 minutes in and in love at how unhinged the conversation is 🤣 YES TO FULL COSTUME FOR WORK GOD DAMMIT
I LOVED this so so much, I hope there's new single episode podcasts with Ahmed and yourself this was so much fun and lengthy! Also goddamn what a superpower not being worried about what people think about you/your work and not making it your whole identiy. So freeing... makes me really want to dig deep into why I care so much.. so revealing!
Steven, I am genuinely curious what sort of things you feed your brain, I admire that you’re are able to hold on to all of it to recall/use later. I sense tidbits of history, philosophy, classics, sci-fi horror, and likely more. What is the root of these interests, I wonder.
I’m not widely read or anything, like you alluded to I just have a decent memory for the things I have heard and read. And my memory is probably pure luck!
I was tracking the idea that Steven would create a cosplay from is imagination. Based on his drawings I think I'd recognize it if I saw it. What is cool is not relevant, it is the freedom of ideas, cosplaying is nice if other ppl recognize it but the love is in the production and passion of idea. Proboscises lol learned something new today.
I'd love to cosplay everyday! Plus Ultra Style! This skill it takes to complete that cosplay is amazing. It is art on display. She has passion for her cosplaying. As do most cosplayers but she has the money to go HAM. She does it for herself.
I feel like that would make me cry. As a Nurse.. still needing to perform all the tasks pushing the thought of a patient dying out of my mind to try to save their life until beyond the last sec.
God I hope episode #1 of the A to Z podcast comes out again soon, I subscribed to youtube premium for this! :P Kidding but I love both of your personalities and how they interract so I always get pumped when you guys drop something together. 💞 As usual steven got me cracking up like a mad man laughing throughout the whole video. He's seriously the funniest guy I can think of. And when ahmed comes in with the thought-provoking internal insight it's just perfect! You're both great company !!
I also grew up creating art just for myself and later forgetting it or loosing it. Never Occurred to me to save much of anything until I was in my mid-twenties. I started to care what others thought when I decided I wanted to make a career from it. Then I though that I needed to be famous to really make money and that made me even care more what others though. Now, I'm reverting back to I don't care, I make art for myself and hopefully others will enjoy it. I do love teaching art to people who enjoy it though.
I was extremely excited to see this podcast episode pop up but I am just about done with the worm section and frankly I don't know what to think or feel anymore.
Didn’t the Allspark create the Dinobots? Are dinosaurs considered vehicles? Soundwave is a tape deck, is he a vehicle? Well, I would argue that he is a vehicle which transports music to the ears of its listeners….not a literal vehicle but a vehicle in spirit and function.
Dave Rapoza, Dan Warren and Brad Rigney! I would let tears of joy pour down my face if I ever heard Ahmed, Steven, Dave, Dan and Brad in the same podcast.
No Ahmed, I won't subscribe, hit the notification bell, like the video, comment and upscale the video to the 4th dimension (using AI of course) for consumption of entities beyond our reach just because you asked me to, you b-b-baka! Jokes aside, great podcast, such a shame it'll be the one and only episode
Hello. This isn't anything and there's only one episode. Steven is always transparently unedited. Lol 😆 Just draw goblins 🤣 He is not aware that Steven's fan base is fully here for the parody on being a content creator while being a creature. I've played MTG for over 5 yrs with my kid 😍
Thanks for having me on the greatest most Legendary podcast ever! Sad to see it will only be one episode. It was fun while it lasted.
Hilarious podcast, boys. We've all got to find our own '"inner worm."
This is my new favorite podcast of all time! Even if it's just one episode 😂
I am looking forward to the ep1
Steven's trollish nature is very satisfying to listen to
I do feel like listening and watch Steven has helped me to remember to do my art for myself and not anyone else. It doesn't give me dread because they aren't my motivation. That will be the biggest life lesson from Steven. From the beginning.
i know legit his videos and streams get me in the zone like no other. guess the drawing meditations trained me to draw to stevens voice LOL
@@ismough Stephen and Adam Duffy are both great for getting into a good drawing mode :)
Thanks for sitting in my room as I draw! It was such a great time!
My 2 favorite artist what a rare encounter!
honest to god, i have watched most of steves drawing meditations and livestreams and they were a pretty big deal for me, but i have to say , im not evn 15 mins in and this already the best video on his channel

What a beautiful ending to a great podcast
"this is what's people have been talking about in art, it's been on the news and it would be irresponsible for us not to talk about it..."
oh ok, he's going to talk about AI
Narrator: _he wasn't going to talk about AI_
Lol I was fully anticipating it to be something weird
“Show me your goblins … no, that’s a picture of Ethan Becker.”
All the youtube podcasts coming back!
my biggest fear is getting teleported to the harrowing depth of the ocean while I'm taking a shower. So I never closed my eyes even if the shampoo burns my eyes.
This is such a random comment
100% agree on the costume, I just love the energy tbh
I love how you brought it back to the worm in the end. 10/10 the best 1 out of 1 podcast out there.
My abs cramped up from the Transformers rant. Thank you.
The bit king, just endless bits. 😆
you two together are my favourites for the combination of art love and just complete insanity

Prompts have been given! Let's goooo!
"Do they fuck at the end?" I laughed so hard. That was just golden.
Love to hear Steven talking crazy stuff 😆
He is fucking unhinged at times!
bro that Halloween costume was on another level.
Awesome podcast! Sad it's the last episode
I LOVED this so so much, I hope there's new single episode podcasts with Ahmed and yourself this was so much fun and lengthy!

I’d love more 1 episode podcasts like this loved both the deepness of finding your inner worm, and the trueness of how Steven tells American history!
i thought i would get a character design lesson. but we got even better conversation.
Steven you are blessing us with such great content!

Steven Zapata, I wonder if you will talk about DeviantArt's Stable Diffusion based AI image generator DreamUp in the next stream.
Discussed it in a video that will be out this week
@@StevenZapataArt Thanks. Good talk. "Steven Zapata's Argument Against Image AIs- Ep. 262 The Dark Art Society Podcast with Chet Zar"
wonderful and insightful podcast. i can't wait for future episodes.
I loved this episode of A to Z. It't so sad that this series came to an end but what a journey it was!
1:22:00 was really funny, I couldn't tell if you were being serious or not, or both
Great Podcast
its pretty rare to be engaged for the hole show, loved this
i'm learning a lot tonight no doubt no doubt
I'd love to cosplay everyday! Plus Ultra Style! This skill it takes to complete that cosplay is amazing. It is art on display. She has passion for her cosplaying. As do most cosplayers but she has the money to go HAM. She does it for herself.
hey man, been following your work for ages and youve inspired me to make my own youtube channel! cant wait to see what else you have in store for us!
Absolutely legend
I love this, Art is a cover for insanity here.☺️
The day has finally arrived
One of the best
LESSGOOOOOOO!!! 2 GOATSSSSSS!!!!!!!!
omg i remember looking at that old ahmed blog a couple years ago
I feel like that would make me cry. As a Nurse.. still needing to perform all the tasks pushing the thought of a patient dying out of my mind to try to save their life until beyond the last sec.

Great podcast! Good luck finding a better name for your next one 😄
That was so freaking funny lol jajajajajaj! Amazing podcast! so sad is over

Steven were you a comedian in another life? Funny duo 😂
Lmao the Heidi Klumpp one had me rolling omg
this truly is the greatest podcast
😆😆😆😆😆😆😂😭😭😭 "Dude you're a nerd" lmao dying Feeling offended because I was relating to Steven lol
Do you teach figure drawing in your online course?
could you do another one please
I love how unprepared both Ahmed and I were for Heidi's costume- I just wasn't expecting ittt amazing podcast experience thankyouthankyou
Grave of the Fireflies makes me cry.
Those conversations are probably why your friends don't invite you to dinners
thx for the america history its opened my eyes
I was extremely excited to see this podcast episode pop up but I am just about done with the worm section and frankly I don't know what to think or feel anymore.
Why did he delete all his new vids
Didn’t the Allspark create the Dinobots? Are dinosaurs considered vehicles? Soundwave is a tape deck, is he a vehicle? Well, I would argue that he is a vehicle which transports music to the ears of its listeners….not a literal vehicle but a vehicle in spirit and function.
So sad it's the last one
This man has clearly never watched turbo teen before.
could always watch the Were-Car episode of Futurama
Coming back to this episode because Med and Steven aren’t doing podcast’s together anymore 😭
Well, we did say...
"God loves cars." - Steven Zapata
there was a submarine transformer and a couple of bikes and a helicopter in the recent movies
actually this doesn't even include the dinosaur or beast transformers that were also in the movies
It’s been 5 months
What happen to Steven? Did the creator of midjourney hire a hitman to get him?
i appreciate goblins more now.
Just guys being dudes, I love it
I'm 34 minutes in and I still have no idea what's going on
bounty list:
Ethan Becker
Ross tran
Modern day James
Thomas Chamberlain-keen
and the list goes on in comment below: (plz comment ppl)

Who the fuck DOESNT love cuban pete?

I want some art friends so hit me up if you wanna talk! :)
steven are you religious?
Since I've learned about AI doing all that... I've lost all of my motivation to learn about making art.
People learn math when AI can do better math. AI can do better art, although close to it.
So steven zapata is a furry?
