I was high as shit when i saw the thumbnail and got so scared i cried cause i thought i was infected with the vocal cord virus and he was gonna kill me
I love MGSV, I had it on PS4 until it went back to the original owner, bought it on PC and still loved it the same. I love it mostly because it was my first MGS game ever and had mechanics that I had had never seen before (I played MGS4 way before, but only the beginning because I was a stupid child). If I could wipe my memory of the game just to play it again, I would, I'm glad that you liked the major story bits, this mission really did pull at my heart strings, especially with the salute having the humming of the peace walker theme. I imagine that for anyone who had played Peace Walker before, it would have made them remember that your base from that game literally gets entirely demolished in the beginning of this game.
Mate it's about time this mission got the love it deserves. I think it's groundbreaking.
That mission genuinely hurt me, even if Huey is a terrible person, it’s hard not to take his words to heart as you look a man in the eyes and pull the trigger, something that hurt me a lot was how every time you killed someone, it would play the ‘staff member died’ sound, if seeing your men begging for death wasn’t enough, your idroid drives it home by reminding you that those men dedicated their lives to you
mgsv was definitely a very different game in terms of how seriously it took itself and probably wasn’t the best introduction to the metal gear series for me, but I absolutely love the phantom pain, it may be unfinished, it may be much more morbid than the rest of the series, but I love it
I remember the hype around this game that (in my opinion) paid off. It deserves the 3rd spot in my top Metal Gear games list.

that was an amazing video man. im currently playing mgsV as i just got into the series recently and i think this is an AMAZING game with so much thought behind it.. this mission is truly heartbreaking
Dude the game wasn't finished and some of the unused dialogue for mother base soldiers would make you angry if you heard it. Also the themes of metal gear mire aline with the verses. You live by the sword you die by the sword

Mgs V has some many great moments, it is the weakest game story wise but I still think it has a great story
