Ubisoft is just like Rockstar when they killed of Johnny K just to introduce a new crazy protagonist that pissed off allot of Johnny K fans including myself these greedy developers companies simply don’t care. I pretend that, because I picked Alexios as the main character in my play through, that he passed on the “mantle” to Kassandra, because he became ill, or just got tired of fighting, whatever, and that explains to “me” at least why I saw her instead of Alexios in my Valhalla play through. (Cringy nerd, I know lol) Also, when Nickaloas (sorry I know I butchered that spelling) says “You are my greatest treasure (or something like that), to me that is something that a Spartan father would say to his SON, the one that would proudly carry on his legacy as a future Spartan warrior. Yes, the fathers loved their daughters as well, but, there’d be no military future for the daughter. And for Ubisoft to make the female character in Valhalla canon to me is just plain stupid. It’s a VIKING game for crying out loud. What person was wanting to play this as a big bearded Viking? Sorry, just my opinions about it all

Ubisoft did have a female only protagonist assasins creed game it is called assasins creed liberation and is one of ubisofts worst selling games 💀

yeah I agree female only leads can sell examples tomb raider Laura croft Samaus from metroide and a few others I can't think of right now but it was stupid to have a Canon choice because they gave two characters and said fuck you to people that didn't pick kassandra and didn't follow through with her canon story choices during odyssey I like having player choice in everything I do me I created fake head canon as to why Kassandra is in vallhaluha if I pick Alexios and if I pick Kassandra I got feak head canon why Kassandra makes sense to the story and feak head canon for all the endings and why they make sense for each character far better then ubisoft's "canon" but true having canon choice and not pulling a page from bioware's mass effect using saved data choices was criminal and I think was a sjw choice added with sweet baby Inc backing sweet baby Inc and sjw is killing gaming I'm happy we got inclusion with equal rights in games and inclusions of different lifestyles but sweet baby Inc and sjw is going to kill gaming and gaming enjoyment eventually

Bioware got it exactly right with the Mass Effect Trilogy. Shepard could be male or female, and the choice was up to the player. The entire world reflected your choice and st no point did you feel like you were gettjng a "bad versikn of the game" Or..maybe morw devs could try the Resident Evil 1 & 2 path, where both Male and female characters were cannon

Angstrom Levy is a tragic character. People like to treat Angstrom as the worst person in the world, that he is irredeemable. Nonsense. These are the same people who want a redemption arc for Omni-Man (who did much worse things than Angstrom). Furthermore, his actions are much more understandable considering that he has the mind of 1000 alternative versions who suffered at the hands of the Invincible.

Because Strong Women don't ever make sense, they have more injuries in Military Training (Israeli Army Data) and Damage their fertility when exposed to Excessive Physical Activities such as in US. Army Rangers. If Alexios and Kassandra are Demigods with the same weight, Alexios would still be stronger due more muscle mass/kg.

As main character I always preffer Alexios... its more charismatic... Kassandra put to much effort trying to be cool but it does not As Deimos Kassandra fit the rol very satisfactory, its cynical cold and cruel as a woman can be

Nah Ubisoft was 100% right about origins I seriously CANNOT imagine any other character especially being female being the protagonist instead of bayek

On at least one level, Angstrom is worse than The Joker, simply because he did what Joker's been trying to do for years, he made his arch nemesis lose control

Worth noting that the Mauler that survived spells out that Angstrom's brain was being overloaded by too many memories at once so him becoming mentally unhinged is 100% justified.

As someone who has read the comic, "I thought you were stronger" is unironically one of my favorite moments in the entire series/story. It's an extremely impactful character moment and only really topped by one or two other moments in the comic that come later on.

If i can choose between a male or female, my first playthrough is always male.

It's... not even close to being the best, imo. I'd even say it's one of the weakest eps of the SHOW (it's solid, not saying it's a bad ep, I personally like most eps of the show)

The only reason why i played as Alexios was because my son's name is Alex... and when I asked him who should i choose... he said: his name is like mine choose Alexios!!!😂 But i never really thought about the wirdness of playing as kassandra and replacing testikles, for example...

My problem is his origin it was entirely his own fault his plan didn’t work, he caused these mutations through his own stupidity despite supposedly being smart, it just screams plot convenience

Assassins creed is not the right franchise to have “choices” Ubisoft broke their own rules they’ve been following for over ten years up till odyssey. It’s crazy that they completely forgot that you’re in a simulation of events that had already happened so having two different characters who go through the same story and having different things to say on top of that just breaks the immersion we had felt in every game before.

Angstrom says with infinite knowledge of infinite universes there’s got to be a perfect system to spread across the multiverse

After this season I went ahead and started reading the comic. It’s amazing

Angstrom’s greatest contribution is the Invincible war, the premise that Mark is evil most of the time is more interesting than his entire character. The fact he gets talked down and ‘comes to his senses’ at the end of the arc after Mark shows him mercy for the 100th time was such a weak ending, Conquest arriving is so exciting because theres finally a capable villain people are afraid of.
