I could be wrong but I think one of the stories in Tevinter Nights (maybe the Wigmaker Job?) mentions carriages drawn by Dracolisks in Tevinter. A Dracolisk-drawn cab system would be a cool way to integrate a fast travel system between internal maps of Minrathous, instead of having those teleport doors like Val Royeaux had.
