UVA Pilot Allan Davidson (Mountain RC) This plane was my introduction to low wing taildraggers, all I can say is...this plane really is such a versatile and predictable aircraft. Its slow when you want it to, Fast when you need that pylon power, and agile when you want to be aerobatic. I have flown the Commander on 3s 3200 mah all the way to a 4s 4000mah batteries. If you are looking to learn how to fly low wing tail draggers such as vintage military warbirds, or if you are looking to learn some pylon maneuvers or do some aerobatics the Commander would be a great training aircraft. I bring this plane every week to the field. It is truly an amazingly entertaining aircraft.
