    These were awesome! I love ham with my omelette and I put a thin circle slice in the pan (after greasing it) in like a cup shape and then put cheese (and whatever vegetables you like) in the cup and then pour the eggs in. I used the same time amount of baking and temperature and it came out as like a crispy ham shell around the muffin. :)

    Can I know how many ML or gram is 1/4 cup of milk? Im from Asia...saw the clips like yrs is not alot but when I pour mine seems like double of yrs but it turn out yummy too...do hope I can have an accuracy of it :)

      +Mich A US cup is 236 ml and a metric cup is 250ml so 1/4 cup would be 59 ml if you use a US cup or 62.5 ml if you use metric. If you make 1/4 cup 60 ml you should be pretty right

    How many carbs in one Omelet Muffin. I am diabetic and love these muffins.

    • @rickduder9317
      @rickduder9317 9 лет назад

      not alot depending on the fillings...add up the milk and cheese carbs and that should be about it...you can probably eat as many of these as you want honestly.. pretty low carb

    • @Geekygirrls2014on
      @Geekygirrls2014on 9 лет назад +1

      +carla borstel I would not use oil in the muffin tins. Either use non-stick aluminum foil (cut circles about 1.5 times bigger than the circumference of the muffin opening (I mean 'eyeball it'), or use the paper muffin inserts like for cupcakes. Leave off the cheese, or better yet, use tiny amt of goat cheese instead. You don't need the baking powder, kinda unnecessary because although it will puff up the 'muffins' they fall immediately after removal from the oven. You can use turkey instead of ham or bacon & of course eggwhites instead of full egg. No salt, use the blended seasonings without salt, like Mrs Dash, or the big container of spices that Costco sells (with no salt). BTW, You know full well that Rick Dude is WRONG, :), you CANNOT EAT as many of these as you want, so if it just you, make ONE muffin, and put a couple teaspoons of water in each other muffin tin. If you are type 2 diabetes you know (you should know) that you can get rid of diabetes by stopping overeating (I dropped 92 lbs in two years by making one thing and smaller amounts, plus taking a 3-5 mile walk per day 5 days a week. Stopped all medication in 5 months due to having lost 20 lbs and no spiked blood sugar any more.
