Not gonna lie, it's pretty impressive that the Bengals are continuing to win despite not having Joe Mixon and JaMarr Chase.
Mixon is starting the predictable RB dropoff. Perine is more than adequate to be the starting RB on a pass-first team.
It's been arguable if Higgins and Boyd are better than Chase, despite yards.
Chase faked it and won not able to catch an NFL ball. Hands down ridiculous.
Chase is great, so is Higgins.. Boyd in 3rd place, my opinion, but can easily be many teams #1

Yeah well, Chase and Mixon didn't play today due to injury and Hendrickson played sick with the flu... And Bengals still won.
It took 11 games but the OL is finally starting to look above average, which is all Burrow really needs. He doesn’t need a elite OL.
Only getting sacked once is better than getting sacked nine times- except for the latter game being in the playoffs.
As a Colts fans, protect him at all costs. Hate to see him like Luck and retire early due to taking too many hits.

The offensive line is greatly improved. On paper they were significantly better but they didn't have continuity the first few weeks. Now they are gelled nicely. Cincinnati is a very legit team.
I think the limitation is losing Awuzie. He was the glue of the secondary. If Britt can play out of his mind though, they could make a run without Awuzie. But if you had Awuzie, Britt, Bates, and Hilton, that was a scary good secondary. Plus Bell.
Great road win for the Bengals. It will be interesting to see when Mixon and Chase come back.

Joe Burrow had 32 rushing yards Derrick Henry had 38, let that sink in a bit, Outstanding defense by my Bengals in this game. Also I would like to give a shout out to our o-line, they played great.

CIN gets an impressive win on the road against a division leading counter. Burrow was at it again and they shut down Henry for 38 yards rushing. CIN and BAL are headed for a collision course for the division title. It's going to be interesting. Congrats on the win CIN 💪.

Tee had a bad drop early AND then made some spectacular catches down the stretch
Late in the game Higgins caught a deep ball right on the sideline. Kristian Fulton had dang good coverage on him. J. Burrow couldn't have thrown it any better. Higgins had great body control when he went up and got it. As a Titans fan I simply tip my 🧢

See the best of the Bengals starts to show up second half of the season. They really turn on full blast and motor through some really tough games. I believe they’ll be somewhere in the playoff run

the way Perine is playing, I don't know if want to let Mixon back in the starting lineup. I'd probably tell Mixon to take a few more weeks off to completely heal.
After a horrible start, I think it’s the only thing we all want to watch from Bengals, to be competitive and powerful, just like the last season. Titans were awesome as usual, but they couldn’t beat the powerful Bengals. GG both of them and congrats Bengals for their wonderful win.

Tennessee kicked a FG to cut the lead to 20-16. There was still over 6 minutes to play. Tennessee never ran another offensive play. Burrow is a master on the football field.

Joe Burrow is one of the greatest quarterbacks of NFL. I always said this and from the start of his career, there were so many people who hadn’t believed him. But as the time went on, he proved it to everyone that he’s on of the best quarterbacks of the league and also a future HOFer.
There are still a lot of people who don't think Burrow is all that.Amazing, since he took Bengals to super bowl in his first complete season, as a starter.
My mouth literally dropped at some of these throws he made in this game. They were prime Rodgers quality and only in his third year in the NFL. No one is better at throwing darts through tight windows in man coverage than Joe Burrow. No one.

@Matt Lentz What a casual. Burrow made it to the Super Bowl in his first full season. Rookie season he got injured early on and missed the rest of the games. This season the playoffs haven't even started yet so you can't just assume he won't make it. Burrow has proven that he is able to outduel some of the best QBs in the league, so I see no reason why he should have any major issues. He's great whether you like it or not.

Perine is emerging as a formidable complimentary player, as Mixon can't be keyed on as much with Perine being productive...

I mean the Titans were without their center who is the captain of the O line, their second best rusher who is our sack leader, and our kicker which also cost us points. Both teams were without key players but a good game either way. The refs always have to ruin good endings with bogus calls tho.

No call on hitting Boyd in back of head going down that caused a trip to the blue tent. Burrow was hit late after the Higgins pass and no call.

Yes they are kind of tied but Ravens still have the H2H, will almost certainly have the better division record, and has a much easier schedule remaining. So they're in much better position to win the division. But who knows what will happen, they've struggled with both the Panthers and Jags the past two weeks. As long as the Bengals continue to execute they'll be in the post-season one way or another.

The Bengals have recovered from their Super Bowl hangover but with a tough schedule ahead they probably need the Ravens to slip up ( again) to win the division. A BIG match v the Chiefs coming up but they are now looking like they have moved from pretender to serious contender.

I think my take-aways are the Perine is a pivotal piece to this offense and need to utilize him more and more. Plus, his fresh legs are evident.

This is how my Bengals used to lose games every Sunday for decades.
Bengals getting a lot of respect from the oddsmakers these days. they were a 3 point favorite on the road without Mixon and Chase, against the division leader Titans, who are 7-1 in their last 8 games. Guess they got tired of lowballing the bengals for the last two seasons.
I was at the game super tough to see my titans lose.

Man, I had been one of the many questioning why Perine was above Evans in the RB order, but Sunday was a great proof of Perine's ability. He definitely pulled his weight and then some in that game. I'm mightily impressed by him. While he isn't as well-rounded as Mixon and Evans are, he definitely has the heart and perseverance factor that make him a very solid RB (just hope he doesn't drop as many throws as he did last year... Well... still a better receiver than Mike Thomas though...😅)
