Reset is good if you want to start fresh. But if you want do keep the setting of iDRAC (licence for example) you can put a screen/keyboard and try to boot in the system setup (F2 if it's not password protected...). Then iDRAC settings, "Network" to set the IP address, "User configuration" to change the password. Just my 2cents :-)
Too difficult 😊 just boot Ubuntu from USB drive, apt update + apt install ipmitool and you have complete access to iDRAC including user mgmt via “ipmitool user list” and similar 👌 quick and easy, no need to whole reset procedure…
