I've never understood why in other chiropractic videos they seem to try to tear the patient's head off with the Y strap. This man did it slowly and gently and it did the trick.
Thank you Gary for your comments and for watching! 👍👍
I love how gentle the adjustments were
Thanks for watching and for commenting!
That wood paneling on the walls is straight out of my grandmas house

I love the difference between the big channels and channels like this
I have a family friend who is a Chiropractor and his setup was also basic and didnt need all the expensive stuff to do his work
Thank you Eli for your comments and for watching, no bells and whistles, only results and getting people better!
Much better intro to adjustments than the many clickbait adjustment videos involving hotshot doctors and young ladies in yoga pants…
Thank you for your comments and compliments. My videos are for educational purposes and are not monetized so no need for "clickbait" lol
I mean …you can just say Dr. Binder instead of dancing around it.
It is clickbait a daddy and his twink 😡

Or Dr. Seidenburg!!😉
What a awesome session. Very gentle and you explain what your doing. I'd give anything to live closer. Im in a rural area and closest one is 1 hour away. I have severe kyphosis among other things. Went from being 5'5" tall to 5'0" in 3 years. So painful and debelitating. I watch a lot of videos and some are not gentle and I cant hardly move my neck..im so scared to go to someone I cant see their work on youtube. Anyway keep doing what you do, your awesome and I love watching the relief patients get. If I can ever get a ride there, im making an appointment with you. Take care.
Thank you Kimberly for you comments and kind compliments. Be sure to watch my other video 82 year old with kyphosis. I hope to get a chance to adjust you someday. Come to Asheville for a long weekend or mini vacation and get a few adjustments! Cheers!
dr paul, nice video. good job. it would great to see an updated adjustment on this client & progress. nice video.
Thank you. He just comes in now for periodic maintenance but I'll see if he'd like to do an updated video next time he's in.
Gentle and effective, great video 🙂
Totally. Thank you for your comment.
Remember being so young that you didn’t need a hand sitting up lol
😂
Great vid Doc!
Thank you Marcel! More to come…
Great work, greetings from the UK.
Thank you Nick for your comments, compliments and for watching!!!
I love your style , ¡Amazing!
Thank you Caled for your comments, compliments and for watching! 👍
its intersting how you can adjust a body with such gentle touches. Amazing
Thank you David for your comments, compliments and for watching! 👍
This chiropractor did a thorough examination before manipulation. I'd trust this guy to really help. He probably gives little exercises to do at home too. He's very patient centred by being such a good communicator describing what he's doing and why. He is always checking in with the patient. Professional job, sir 👏 😊
Thank you, Roland for your comments and for watching.
Doctor Poul monitt .
I'm male staff nurse and you my favorite Doctor chiropractor .
Your chiropractic video is very awesome and beautiful Sir 👍
Thank you for you compliments Ashir. I wish you were one one of my patients so I could help you too! Thank you also for being a nurse and all your service during the pandemic! 😃
Awesome adjustment, thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Thanks for watching!
Very interesting and relaxing too. Never saw such gentle touch and adjustment like this, good Job Doc. Greetings from Germany 🍻

Awwwww, thank you so much Ashir! 😎

Awesome!
Thank you and thanks for watching! 👍👍
I love your videos. Are you still doing these phenomenal adjustments?
Thank you 🙏! Yes. I haven’t been able to find anyone to film, edit and post any new content. I am seeing patients 7 days a week and have little free time. Thank you for watching and for commenting
I love your style , gentle nature , yet absolute precision with your adjustment. It would be lovely to hear your story doc. What inspired you to be a chiro/ what is your WHY?
Thank you Matt for you comments, compliments and for watching/subscribing. When I was 10 years old, I suffered with cluster/migraine headaches. My mother took me to multiple doctors who did test after test and tried drug after drug. Nothing was working and the side effects of the medications were terrible. My mother's friend told us about her chiropractor and that he might be able to help. At this point we were willing to try anything. We went and the chiropractor started adjusting me and slowly the headaches became less frequent, less severe and eventually stopped. The entire family was getting adjusted by this time and we continued with maintenance care once a month. I kind of knew when I was 10 that this is what I wanted to do, but it wasn't until I turned 17 that my chiropractor talked to me and I went to a big chiropractic seminar in Atlanta which sealed the deal for me. I graduated in 1981 at the age of 22, the youngest graduate at the time, then did an internship in Michigan before coming to Asheville in 1982 to open my own practice. As you can tell by my videos I love what I do, still after 40 years and I go to the office to see patients 7 days a week. It's not work if you love what you do. It's a labor of love. I'll probably be practicing as long as I am physically able and have no plans to retire.
@@DrPaulMonitto Thank you for sharing Dr. Paul. What an amazing story. I am 23 years old now, I can't imagine being the youngest graduate at chiro school. Q: What are your thoughts on freshly graduated doctors , are they lacking anything in specific? Also, as an audience member I think your story deserves a video here on this platform to explain WHY you continue doing what you do.
@@ItsMattA So... my chiropractor is a freshly graduated doc, 2019 who started his own practice during a pandemic, Jan 2020. He is on fire, has the passion, love, gift of service and is a great adjuster, that it takes today to be successful. He reminds me of myself when I was that age. The newer chiropractors have technology which I didn't have starting out. I had to do actual leg work to build my practice. Today with RUclips, social media etc, it's a different world. I'd love to do a video explaining the why. And... thank you again for your interest and sincerity, I muchly appreciate it!
@@DrPaulMonitto dr. pie think it be awesome to hear a little bit more about it really the legwork that it took to build a practice from the ground up. It’s a different world , and social media is a way to connect all corners of the world. Are you on Instagram videos / RUclips shorts?
@@ItsMattA No, I'm not currently but would eventually like to. The legwork involved going out and meeting 10 people a day, doing talks to civic groups, spinal screenings at businesses, plants and getting people to know who, what and where I was.
Saludos desde Argentina! ✌️🤙
Thank you! 👍
These people are underrated magic I tell ya
Thank you 👍👍
Magic is probably right. In that it isn't real.
That patient looked intense.
knowledge > force
Thanks for watching!
This was thorough and well done, the only thing that really bothered me is that the patient was chewing gum for this entire process. That should be highly discouraged and not allowed
Thank you for your comments and for watching. I agree and I usually have the patient remove all items from their pockets AND mouth, lol. I missed this one probably because we were filming.
@DrPaulMonitto when will we get new videos? Come on doc
3:15 you were trying to help him get up but he didn't see it. I can feel the awkwardness through my bones
Which side of the feet was easier to move? both Sir . Which turn of your head was more difficult? both Sir . We cannot work together
1:40 The somatic nervous system simply relaxed and you were able to bend his legs to their full length.
You Forgot to give him the good ol Fashioned RING DINGER!!!…Oh Wait Wrong Video my Bad lol.

Is anyone gonna talk about the fact that this guy’s office is stuck in 1975?
Patients don’t come for the decor, just results! 😀
That's a steal cold 🥶 laser therapy $150 😂and 10 visits wow.😮😮

I challenge anyone to show me as much wood paneling in their present office as this man has.

whats he doing with his gammy hand at 3.19??
He wanted to be best buddies
Where are this doc's arms?
They're skinny but fast and strong 😂
I desperately need the Y-Strap adjustment. I have a chiropractor I see here in KY. He does a decent job and goes through the motions. But I really need to find someone who cares and who can do the Y-Strap along with some good adjustments. If I’m ever in the area where your location is Doc I’ll definitely be making an appointment.
Thank you for your kind thoughtful and kind comments. I'd love the opportunity to help you. Many of our out-of-town patients come to Asheville NC for a vacation or long weekend and get 2-3 adjustments. We're open 7 days a week!
People have died from it lol but each to there own
Thats not recomendable beleive me
You don’t want a y-strap. It’s the same movement as when they hang people. Or get someone to gently pull. Neck traction is ok but not sudden pulling movements. The one in this video isn’t too bad because it is slow
Don't get any "adjustments" above the shoulder. My mother is a level 2 trauma nurse and has seen patients with irreversible neck damage.
The more I think about it, I realize how much I probably need to go see a chiropractor. My back has been bothering me recently. 😅
Thank you for your comments and for watching! Come see me sometime monittochiro.com. I have patients come from all over the country.
Is there something up with the guy being adjusted?
He got adjusted.
Any new videos coming?
I'm trying. I don't currently have anyone to film, edit and post new content. Thanks for asking, stay tuned.
Drink every time Dr Paul says "that feel good?"

Can you do the thayer method?
No, I haven’t been trained in the Thayer Method.
Does the last part hurt ? And what is the benefits from this ?
No, not at all. To learn how this works and the benefits check out my other video explaining the Y-Strap.... ruclips.net/video/H5tWfMqwRDI/видео.html

What is this chiropractic table called??
This is a Spinalator Full Drop Table. It's not made anymore, but you can find a used one on e-bay.
How much is an adjustment session just like this?
Initial exam and x-ray is $170 and the adjustment with Y-strap is $70
Is this guys office in a single wide trailer?
I thought I was the only one that had thought of that🤣
😂 My office is in a 112 year old home that was remodeled in the 70's. Since I'm still renting, there's not much I can do about the paneling. We do however play '70's on 7 SiriusXM music to go with our '70's décor. Like a step back in time. Maybe I'll do an office tour vid 🙄
@@DrPaulMonitto I like it!!

Hi, do you think your adjustment removed the nerve interference? So that the innate intelligence can kick in and start the healing process? Thanks Doc

How does a man this young end up needing all this work? If he plays football I hope it’s giving him a wake up to what it’s doing to his body,
Thank you Chris for your comments and for watching! He plays soccer and does weight training, but no football. He's not in too bad shape. What utter nonsense… short term neuro modulatory twaddle sold as ‘treatment’… for what ?? 😮…
@@simonjones63 he is a great doctor!!! His patients positive experience speak towards his gift as a healer!
@@dennisreynolds6915 he’s a chiro NOT a doctor! It’s a bad narrative… it’s mostly nonsense science and to suggest it’s related to Orthodox medicine is just ludicrous
@@simonjones63most if not all chiropractors do have a doctorate and chiro is built on some very sound and proven science
Why is he chewing gum!
Good question! I didn't notice. I'll ask him next time 😂
The patented tried and true 5 min full body adjustment 😂😅. You couldn't adjust a hand in 5 minutes, let alone a person's full body.
I can adjust a whole body in less then 5 minutes. Experience and education tend to do this but you wouldn't know since you got none.
In fact one could argue that you can't "adjust" any part of the body at all. There is no evidence that joints go "out of alignment" and are subsequently "fixed" by a chiropractor.
@mikeb9638 So sad. I was hoping that this game would release and we could enjoy playing it together like old times. Alas, times are changing for the worst. The global leaders have ate all the turkey and have left us with ticks for breakfast and armadillos for dinner. I love you man!
Great vid Doc!
