Dave Assherick is right on. I grew up in Protestant religion and as is stated, much of Protestants have forgotten their roots and are harlot daughters of the mother church. No one has offered a true argument against. Just statements from other learned men or women. No truly biblical explanation against other than isolated references out of context. You might be surprised to see that this text is being unfolding literally. Just a thought. An earthly king of a kingdom, doing exploits on earth is what I would search for and then compare White's version in Great Controversy. All this while praying and fasting for answers!

(as in 1 Corrinthians 11:3 and 1 Corrinthians 14:34-35 and others regarding the appointment of deacons and elders) This is happening in all SDA churches is this right? there are other inconsistancies with regard to the application of our Heavenly Fathers Word that with what takes place in our churches, should this be the case should the church not stick ridgedly to God's Word. What does it help if we keep the Sabbath religiously but with regard to other instructions we wander off?

"And he said unto me,"For two thousand three hundred days, then the sanctuary shall be cleansed". Just read the entire issue in this chapter including the verses before 14. The vision is about events on earth and in Heaven. The vision ends with 2 Kings confronting, "He shall rise against...Prince of princes; But he shall be broken without human hand".
The confrontation happens on earth which is why even though Miller's theory was wrong, he understood that Jesus must be the "Prince of princes" in verse 25. Therefore, the vision ENDS with Jesus confronting the evil King in this chapter at the very end of the vision on EARTH. This never happened in 1844AD and hasn't happened yet. Miller, and his math theory, was wrong, but Iat least he understood Jesus has to return to earth to complete the vision and confront this evil King.

Read more than one verse. What does it say before and after and where else does the Bible say the same thing. The Bible will verify itself.
