Thats a far cry from "Prohecy after prophecy", never mind the fact that it doesnt say anything about the Jews returning to their homeland.
I challenge you to read the bible the and the prophets line by line, precept by precept according to the Isaiah 28:9, the only way the scripture can be read to get this truth. The prophecies concerning the Jews and the scattered Israelites who are of the seed of Abraham, who are called gentiles are used by pastors for the other nations. There are scripture for the other nations but you have to search for them and know how to divide truth to find them. Salvation is was will be for the JEWS.

Logically speaking, if a prophecy is given of 7 years then it is going to be 7 years. There is only one logical way this can be changed and that it is the DAY itself that is changed. After all, it may only be a micro second that changes and yet it is a full 7 years and Christ can prophetically stop it at 7 year mark and have shortened that same 7 year mark. It will be a war stopped on the mark of the shortened 7 years
