Very clear video - the best one I have seen so far. Found it really useful.
Slight problem, changed filters, no blockages to be found anywhere. Suction ok with hose but poor if using normally(i.e. roller not picking up from carpet as well as it should}

Hi can the spine be replaced and taken off separately mate ?
I have this vacuum a Dyson cinetic big ball animal dc75 it’s great on dog hair but my handle has a big old crack in it just about the switches so got to be careful going around corners and funny you should mention it getting stuck and hard to push my one does this especially if to close to me.
Dyson want £99.99p to fix it but they will pick it up and bring it back it’s getting on now but still works great but just wondering if I can get that bit separate as it’s all one handle 🙄
I remember my dc 02 and 04 and 07 handles snapping on me but I found them 2nd handles for them no problem but not this, and eBay doesn’t seems to understand what part I want and keeps showing me handles that are not what I need…. 😩
Thinking I should just send it off next week ? But do have a Henry turbo as well but not as quick as Dyson but overall still a powerful compact hoover.

These are post motor filters only, the dc75 doesn’t have a pre motor filter

Hi. Can I just ask..before you took the ball apart to fit new filter...is it possible to have something blocking the suction actually inside that ball?
I have checked every pipe and all clear, but there is something inside and now the vent which the canister sits on top of,
smells like burning rubber and I daren't switch it on as the noise is very worrying. It sounds like theres a sheet of paper or something inside it.

Where exactly is the Plastic Air Diverter on this machine, I looked at it upside down but I can not find it.
