What values ​​do the resistors have?

Does anyone know if you get blanks for the fog lights, so you can remove them and then clip these blanks in and leave it in there?

As a trades man the DMR115 sounds great and the graphic equaliser is handy BUT ! it drains batteries twice as quick as the likes of the older DMR104/110 on Dab , i can get 3 days out of a 5ah battery using Dab on volume setting 15 on a DMR104 but only a day and a half on the DMR115 and the batteries drain even quicker when using Bluetooth ! But the biggest problem with the DMR115 is the DAB signal , I've had my DMR115 for 3 years now and have found that unless you have a good DAB signal the 115 will often loose the signal where as the 104 will still be playing DAB , unfortunately most stations have moved to DAB+ and the 104 is DAB so i've ended up buying the DMR301 which is DAB+ and Bluetooth , Batteries last around 2 days on DAB+ at volume 15 and the DAB+ siganal is ore or less on par with the DMR104 The biggest let down of the DMR115 is the DAB signal and if you're a trades man you'll be moving from site to site so be warned ⚠️ about the 115's struggle with DAB signal . I'd recommend the DMR301

A little tip on the drill stickers - when you use up postage stamps, keep the remaining no-stick sheet. You can place removed stickers temporarily on those sheets, which keeps the sticky side clean, and there’s no chance of accidentally goobering them up. 🧰 🛠️

Your video helped but unfortunately it is now stuck in hammer mode. Another video indicates that when you push the chuck out you ruin the bearing and thus it is in hammer mode forever.

I went through all of the steps and it is still stopping but if I hit the power button it will turn on again. I see the blades moving and its moving well but then it just stops. Any advice before I give up and buy a new one ?

I strongly suggest to add focus on cleaning the fabric triangular/funnel shape filter. Dirt is collected inside that filter and if such dirt is not removed, then there is a high chance the unit will still be pulsing. Before considering washing the filter, the filter's lid/cover needs to be removed, then loosen the dirt inside of it with a brush, vacuum the inside, and only after that, it can be washed with running water on the outside of the filter. Never run water or compressed air inside that filter as any dirt residue will be pushed further in which will eventually caused the filter to clog,

Just what I need to give my old dyson a new lease of life - the things I found in there!!

Just bought these - they’re rubbish. The cutter doesn’t cut and the stripper doesn’t grip properly to strip. Turning the gimmicky micro adjuster clockwise as far as it will go improves performance to a degree, but trying to strip more than a single strand at a time fails every time. Like Nose, I’ve gone back to my snips which give me cleaner and faster results every time. CK should withdraw these in my opinion as too many of them seem unfit for purpose.

Hi can the spine be replaced and taken off separately mate ? I have this vacuum a Dyson cinetic big ball animal dc75 it’s great on dog hair but my handle has a big old crack in it just about the switches so got to be careful going around corners and funny you should mention it getting stuck and hard to push my one does this especially if to close to me. Dyson want £99.99p to fix it but they will pick it up and bring it back it’s getting on now but still works great but just wondering if I can get that bit separate as it’s all one handle 🙄 I remember my dc 02 and 04 and 07 handles snapping on me but I found them 2nd handles for them no problem but not this, and eBay doesn’t seems to understand what part I want and keeps showing me handles that are not what I need…. 😩 Thinking I should just send it off next week ? But do have a Henry turbo as well but not as quick as Dyson but overall still a powerful compact hoover.

Seen reviews that suggest the bolt can be slide easily by hand (even when the key is not in).... is that the case?

If you use a 12v battery you have enough room to locate power supply within as well.

I don't have a wifi network but it looks like this board could be used with the app by connecting through Bluetooth as well?

My brother gave my his old 996 a few years back, after mine was stolen from my truck. He bought a new drill from another brand, but has asked for this drill back a time or two. But I've been very impressed with the power and durability and i shall be keeping it, though I do need to take it apart and clean, as well as inspect the bearings. Absolute beefcake of a drill

where can you buy resistors?

I am planning on doing this on my Kodiaq and expected to see the complete grille removed followed by removing the chrome surround on it. I would imagine it would be much quicker to remove the chrome piece with unhindered access to all the fastening clips. As well as this the top cover could likely be secured before offering the complete grille into situ.

Got my craftsman transmission apart, and the drivehaft was completely different. I was a six sided shaft that nothing would fit. Threw it in a vice and broke the chuck loose with a large pipe wrench.

These are post motor filters only, the dc75 doesn’t have a pre motor filter

Thanks a lot for this. I can use this info if I have to remove the chuck on my Craftsman drill, which is owned by the same company. Tried a local warranty center, and theyt hey gave up. One interesting thing about online customer service with my drill : You deal with an AI program . Somehow, the way I answered the questions caused the program to send a new drill complete with the charger and battery ! This might happen with a Dewalt as well.

Any idea why it will only run for exactly 5mins ggen cuts out...then you have to let go of trigger and repress and it will work again for exactly 5mins and so on and on....will not run for longer than 5 mins.....drill is brand new and other drill does the same????

Hello hey great video. Im wondering if you could help as im having an issue with my dewalt 20v brushless DcD 995 where it wont hammer drill, all the setting work for drilling. I bought and replaced the whole gearbox and chuck but when i put it on hammerdrill mode it still doesnt hammmer only drills in that setting. Would you have any idea what may be the problem ??

So what’s stopping/why couldn’t you just drill through the old garbage chuck before the spindle, secure the drill in place firmly and tensioning off the spindle/chuck in one piece and then popping a new one in?

Great detail in this video your knowledge is extensive. You didn’t fool me regarding the vide damage to the gear box housing. As an engineer for over forty years it takes a lot to pull the wool you didn’t manage it. lol. Buy yourself some vice jaw protectors, I use hard and soft ones it does help yo stop those ugly hardened jaw in prints that can happen. Good luck with your channel.

Can strip down the cyclone further by removing T8 torx screws

I don't suppose you know the resistance value of the resistors so I can get new ones. The colour bandings are not clear enough to determine the value. Thanks and great video. EDIT. All sorted. I fitted 4 new 4.7 ohm 1 watt resistors.

The barrel seems to stick out about 15mm perhaps 70mm is too big. Having a barrel sticking out does make it more vulnerable to brute force attacks with a pipe wrench / stilsons.

What you did is a bit pointless.....most of the dust etc goes into the cyclone, so that also needs dismantling to clean.

The problem is a weak spring under the adjusting screw i have replace it with a same length but stronger spring now I can cut wires single handed use the adjuster for different gauge wire 👍
