Really like this style of commentary, more educational than hypecasting. Feel like its more valuable to players rather than pure spectators. Don't feel like you need to stick to it though, do whatever you want man. Interesting game.
The videos can take double or triple the time depending on what style I upload. First person games with no commentary are just record and upload, if I observe the game after I have to play then re-watch it and record me doing the observing, and if I add commentary I have to watch it again and talk over it all. I plan to upload videos every single day for EA similar to what I did during the elephant beta, so I imagine there will be a mix of everything! Thanks for the feedback!
Enjoyed the game. I like that both vanguard and infernal need to do quite a bit of formation management both to get the most out of their units and to be slightly less susceptible to area of effect damage.
I agree, that splitting during the first fight to avoid the splash damage of the vulcan on gaunts was great, likewise splitting your exos way in the back to avoid venom mines and magmadon stun ability are both very important! I'm always sure to blow my own units up with my atlas it seems..

Thanks, having your units spread out a little more, including your melee units further down to get vision would be helpful. I knew the army was coming, but not exactly from which side of the forest, and the infernal army can move pretty quick (gaunt speed was insane during frigate they move faster than almost any other unit). You can see he goes out of my vision range to the right to wrap around better, so a spotting unit to the right of the trees would have helped a lot. VG are free to lose as many units as they want and trade terrible, as long as you dont lose your exos. You can lose 20 lancers and only kill 5 enemy units, but if all your exos are alive, your gonna be ok and your still in the game. As soon as you lose your exos, which are the core of the bio ball, you will start to lose trades and the game.
Love the 2200mmr comment, like it matters, what is the base value? is that a lot? are you assuming we know how much that is? He could be 100-500 games and still be 2200mmr, does he make it good-bad?...don't answer to this message
2200 is extremely high MMR. My previous videos allude to the position as I have mentioned being top 20 players in the world, top 10 of my faction. The title does assume that the audience has some understanding of the current ranking system in place.
