I grew up using MUJI's stationary products and I still love them now! And I agree their sensitive skincare products are not bad! Their all-in-one essence and moisturizing night cream are my favorites! 😄
I LOVE their little toothbrush holder :) It looks like a tiny donut and is a million times better than putting my toothbrush in a cup that gets gross and dirty. I always give it away as a gift.
Yes I think Muji prices are much more expensive in other countries. If you are able to come to Japan make sure to stock up! But I definitely love buying their stationery and skincare, the prices usually aren't too bad even for outside of Japan.
These are my top picks of Muji but seriously everything there is amazing! Let me know down below what other stores you would like me to show! Also, I've listed prices of each item in the description box - most of them are under 5USD!
We have a couple of Muiji stores near my home. Most of it's not my cup of tea, BUT they have the BEST winter gloves that are compatible with touchscreens. I don't know about Japan, but that's a big deal in Toronto. When you're out in it's -30, you just don't want to take your gloves off to use your phone and you don't want fingerless gloves. Most of the gloves that do allow me to touch the screen have been either ugly and affordable or pretty and expensive. I lose gloves too frequently to buy expensive gloves. So, this has been a really good alternative. I go in, buy a bunch of pairs to get me through the winter.
MUJI sells the best A5 dot grid notebooks! The paper is high quality and it's more affordable than the Leuchtturm 1917. I also really love their skincare lines!
Verified! I have been using their dot grid books for my bullet journal, very nice minimal notebook - I added a elastic band to close and two ribbons as book marks. The ink doesn't bleed out unless you use a very inky pen.
I have visited Muji in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan but not Japan yet. I always a fan of their minimalist design, and please don't forget their store BGM is so good to hear while shopping.
The video was insightful, as I'm setting up my apartment, & love Japanese minimalist style. Would love to see a video home setup i.e. Moving in how you do it in Japan
Really enjoyed this episode! I'm from Singapore and there's plenty of MUJI outlets here and I love the things they sell its really really interesting to me how Japan is so good with organization and technology. This video literally made me feel like shopping at MUJI again hahahaha. Keep up the good work, earned yourself a new subscriber from me!
Thanks so much for the support! The longer I live in Japan the more amazed I am at their design of everyday things, they think of every little thing that makes you life easier and more convenient!! Hope you won't spend too much at Muji haha!
ME LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVEEE PLEASE MORE VIDEOS ABOUT MUJI, WHEN YOU BUY OR UNBOXING OR DECORATE ANYTHING. I M FROM INDONESIA, BUT HERE THE PRICE IS SUPER EXPENSIVE FOR SOME ITEMS AND ALSO NOT MUCH VARIETY AT ALL. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MUJI
New subbie here! Muji in California is super expensive (for what it is). We call it the much nicer Daiso lol. You kept saying it was cheap and I was confused until I found out you're in Japan haha.
And it looks like the selection in Japan is MUCH more bigger than the ones in USA. We have half of what you showed us ): nonetheless my husband and I love love Muji it's right up our style. Thank you for filming the Muji in Japan!! I enjoyed it 🤘🏻😊
I love the minimalistic design of Muji products. They have shops all over Europe and online shops too. I use their washed jersey bedlinens. They’re awesome. It feels like your old, favorite T shirt.
During my years in university, a Muji store opened right outside campus in the downtown area of San Jose and I feel blessed for that. XD I visit Japan often to visit relatives and buy useful stuff so I'm glad I get to shop at Muji outside of Japan. Also, I have to say the furniture and bed sheets are really nice. I ended up having my room remodeled with mostly Muji stuff: a long square grid shelf, bed, desk, and another shelf with metal framing and wood. When it comes to prices, I find its not that big of a deal. Once in a while, they do have sales. Especially on skin care products, dishware, clothes, bed stuff, and more. Discounts range from 10%, 50%, or more. I had my eyes on this red cardigan for a while and when I grabbed the last one that was available, it had quite a huge mark down price. It doesn't hurt to snoop around Muji for a bit after school. 😏
I love this kind of videos, they're so useful like the Daiso one as well. Sometimes these stores are so big it's a bit overwhelming when you're just visiting. Please keep at it!
Super lovely video!!! I love this store, and every time I went to Europe I love to spend some time at the store, but this one it's incredible!!! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Great vlog as always! I love Muji. How about showing everyone The Loft? Nitori? 2 places people can go for reasonable priced things when moving to Japan.
I bought the clear organizer from Muji, they are very good and use that for my desk for my pencils and brushes. I went to Germany for it, Cologne and Düsseldorf and special place for me went there twice for Japan Day. Everything from culture, art, music, kendo, to much to say, and a lot of anime and manga fans and cosplayers. We went for the weekend so stayed in the Asahi Hotel and had a delicious Japanese breakfast and meals. And don't forget the shops! I had a lovely time. I'll probably go order online for more things for my creative place.
omg muji tokyo store is like heaven on earth. muji stuffs are so expensive in malaysia and even in the biggest store here, they don't have as much items. and there's very few stores here 😭
I’m surprised u didnt mention their bedsheet line! The grey down single layer duvet is the best duvet ever. Its just quite expensive (around 500usd) for a queen here in Malaysia but so worth it
I didn't know MUJI sell skincare, in Jakarta Indonesia MUJI located in several malls and i think each and every malls are different, i don't know, i'll explore moree..
Their skincare is really amazing! I also love their packing and how you can buy different bottles or pumps to make it work best for yourself. I know the US locations sell skincare, make sure to go check it out if you can find! That toner is so good!
another must have for traveler is their travel pillow. both filling and the fabric is high quality so doesnt feels hot to your skin and you wont wake up in a hot sweaty mess lol.
Their neck pillows are *amazing*. A little on the pricey side, but they're so soft and unlike any other neckpillows out there where you inflate using air.
Muji is my go to in London ! I loved buying artisan/handmade homeware back in France &since I live in the UK I did find myself disappointed in selection of household items ! My fav at Muji are the variety of chopsticks, the wood bowls/plates (although they smell strong in contact with heat), the cleaning &bins, love their linen storage/baskets, the acrylic organizers, and lately got myself the rice cooker pure small gem👌🏻🤍
I became a fan of Muji after using their moisturizer from sensitive skincare line. And it worked so well that it helped me in my battle with acne. I am glad i checked this out. I will be buying lots of stuff from here it seems.😅
I really found this video interesting as I don’t have a MUJI super close to me in the U.K. 😔 I’ll have to go when I’m in Japan! Also I love their candles
new sub to your channel! i'm blown away by the great advice you give in all your videos. there aren't too much english speaking videos about things to buy in japan for females who are interested in beauty products and lifestyle goods. really appreciate this kind of vids as a shopaholic :) would love a continuation of this series for other stores like chifure, 3 coins, nitori, etc. or must buy medicine/supplements/skincare products from japanese drugstores!
Thanks for the support and welcome! :D I already have several videos like this planned! I will actually have 2 episodes for Japanese drugstores, one for makeup/skincare products and one for other things like meds and stuff! Nitori is also on my list. I'll add your suggestions to my list!!!
Lol! A week ago I discovered Muji in Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪 Love the products, but were expensive. And now your video popped up! Will have to look for the store when I'm back in the States.
wow! thanks for this! i live in Japan, but don't go there regularly. however, i recently bought a down vest reduced to 3990 yen and love it cause it is shorter and better quality than uniqlo. in summer i bought those light blue slippers... they are great! i am going to go exploring as soon as i can (ps no cafe in our muji)
I can't believe you didn't include their lazy bone sofa/pillow thingy. The one where you just sinks in...and does not ever want to get up from! That's the most amazing thing ever and I went through so much trouble to get one to Canada.
Omg I love muji! I’m so excited to visit their store in Ginza. Btw, Have you bought the white muji sneaker shoes? What are your thoughts about it? Is it comfy?
I love love muji so much i have loads of tees , underwears , mugs & teapot small sauce plate & soup spoons drinking glasses , socks their quality are so good . And i buy them when they have 30% or 50% off lol. Hand towels & bath towels too i have lots of it at home .
I absolutely ADOOOORE Muji! Used to go all the time when I lived in London (and in Tokyo as well obviously). Unfortunately we don't have it here in Switzerland so I stock up whenever I'm in Berlin or Paris. I love all the products you mentioned (minus the tea that I've never tried). Everything there is great quality and I love the simple design. We usually stay at a hotel in Yurakucho so always visit this specific branch. I heard you can rent bikes for the day there as well but I've yet to try this service out. Oh and for those with kids, Muji in Shibuya has a childcare service for parents that want to shop in peace. I mean seriously, they think of everything and are awesome!
Muji in Shibuya has childcare service?!?! Omg I think now I love Muji even more!! And the Japanese locations are seriously SO much better! Cheaper and much more stuff!
it took me so long to react to that intro. cuz i speak english, french, mandarin, and i understand some korean. that was trippy but super cool but woah and y'all know what i'm saying
Loved this tour, and am amazed much bigger Muji's product range is in Japane than here in the UK! I would love to see tour/shopping guide of other stationers amd art supply shops in Japan. Also, really curious about what vintage and flea markets there are around Japan!
Hi! I hope you could feature secondhand shops of luxurious bags there in Japan! Planning to go there next year. Saw your Ichiran Ramen video. Added it to my bucketlist!
I've passed Muji stores dozens of times and never thought to go in as it doesn't look like my style from the outside, how wrong was I! I can't wait to go into one now!!
Have to grab some gel pens, organizers, calendar sticker planners and try their snacks and teas..!! Can't wait for MUJI to open up here in Vancouver later this year..!!
Great video! I love Muji and I’m very jealous of Japan having such huge stores like this. Here in the UK we only have a small handful of stores, almost all of which are far away from me in London and are pretty small. Thankfully a lot of their products can be bought online but if I ever visit Japan, this store will certainly be on my go-to list!
my first muji product is makeup bag and insert organizer from online. It was pretty pricey to get those but one day I would visit in Japan to check that store!
Hi , just subscribed.I love the muji shop. We don't have any in Greece but when I went to London I did find one and I fell in love with it. Great shop. Hugs from Greece,Rhodes.
Used the link for Muji USA site and to my biggest surprise there is Muji store only few minutes away from me.......in NJ. Planing to go there next week.
Wauw! I SO wish they would open up a store in Chicago!! I have ordered a few things online but certain things, such as their beds you cannot order online. I would just love to visit this store in Japan. Amazing! Thank you for sharing! :)
Great video. That stuff is amazing. The problem with the discount stores here in Houston, Texas is quality of the items. I just watched your other video too on the store.
Wow, the Muji store you're showing is like heaven for minimalists 😍😍
ôtô
Why do minimalists want so many things
Minimalists don’t go shopping
That's the old one. It's closed now. There's a much bigger Muji flagship store now, with a hotel.
I just want everything from Muji 🙈
Nicole Cheng (NHYC) IKR
mood though
AGREEEEEEE
how i wish the muji here is as cheap as the one in japan 😭
I wish everything where I am was as cheap as in Japan. I swear Japan is 1/2 the cost of living as where I am.
I grew up using MUJI's stationary products and I still love them now! And I agree their sensitive skincare products are not bad! Their all-in-one essence and moisturizing night cream are my favorites! 😄
Ohhh I haven't tried their creams, I must give it a try then! Their stationery is absolutely amazing!!
I LOVE their little toothbrush holder :) It looks like a tiny donut and is a million times better than putting my toothbrush in a cup that gets gross and dirty. I always give it away as a gift.
I love those too! Seriously any item in Muji is like a piece of art! So nice-looking with super simple design and super useful!
stvsueoka1 I bought that toothbrush holder too! I use it also to hold a disposable razor!
Wow what a good idea! Never thought of it before but I'm gonna get one now!
Thanks for the tip, I hate to clean the cup, yuck!
I speak french and korean and "annyeonghaseyo tout le monde" tripped me out :'D
hahaha
I always wondered what it meant..
@@CRobinson11 welcome everyone
wow.. muji is expensive as hell in my country though :(
Yes I think Muji prices are much more expensive in other countries. If you are able to come to Japan make sure to stock up! But I definitely love buying their stationery and skincare, the prices usually aren't too bad even for outside of Japan.
Yeah, and it's inevitable due to import taxes.
ahnpan yes in my country too!! i mean everything is soo adorable but i cant afford anything. i just stare at them and cry. 😂😂😂
BeeBetter yeees,i cant understand why they call it friendly to civilians
Same with germany
These are my top picks of Muji but seriously everything there is amazing! Let me know down below what other stores you would like me to show! Also, I've listed prices of each item in the description box - most of them are under 5USD!
is there a online shop for muji?
Chara Nari yes there is

TokiYuYu, I would LOVE to see itoya!
I love the pens too!!
It's kinda like Ikea, but way better
Actually Ikea is cheaper in California.
yea.....................U_U
Ya ikea is cheaper but compar to quality muji is best ❤️

The muji where I live is literally 3 times the price, but their products are so good I can’t stop myself from purchasing.
The video was insightful, as I'm setting up my apartment, & love Japanese minimalist style. Would love to see a video home setup i.e. Moving in how you do it in Japan
I will be doing a few stores that are useful for people who just moved here like Nitori and Tokyu Hands!
Oh I would love to go to a muji in Japan. The muji store in Dublin is so expensive as they have to import everything.
Yes! I was used to US prices too and was surprised that it's much cheaper in Japan!
Being from the U.S. everything is less expensive in Japan
It's super expensive here in China too! *crying*
I'm from Ireland too I'm going to muji in Dublin next week !! I've been to it in London once
The one in Dublin is way too expensive
Really enjoyed this episode! I'm from Singapore and there's plenty of MUJI outlets here and I love the things they sell its really really interesting to me how Japan is so good with organization and technology. Ayyye Singaporean
Does the prices different much from Japan?
I bought a dress shirt years ago from Muji. Still wear to this day. Great quality for slightly less than banana Republic sale prices
I have a muji backpack and I would really recommend it they look very nice and simple plus they have a lot of space so yeah I would recommend it! ♥
I love it how you use the words affordable and Muji in one sentence.
I really enjoy watching your videos. They're very informative in terms of what I can make most out of my money if I visit or work in Japan.
The diffuser scents at Muji are really lovely and quite special. Their travel bottles are great as well.
I enjoyed it 🤘🏻😊
I used to only buy stationery from Muji because the rest is expensive, but both selection and prices are much better in Japan!
I've seen some stuff at Muji that they have at Daiso for 1/4 of the price...Muji definitely up-marks everything.
I love the minimalistic design of Muji products. They have shops all over Europe and online shops too.
I use their washed jersey bedlinens. They’re awesome. It feels like your old, favorite T shirt.
Thank you for this great video! I already love Muji and thought the stores in Europe are great, but compared to this I don't have any words.
I didn't know muji had snacks , carpets and stuff. I need to go to Japan !!
I LOVE MUJI THEIR STORES ARE SUPER CLEAN AND AESTHETIC
Muji is such a dope store, I literally love walking in there and just feeling the vibes haha
During my years in university, a Muji store opened right outside campus in the downtown area of San Jose and I feel blessed for that. Ohhh perfect idea!!! I'll definitely film The Loft and Nitori!!! Thank you so much for the suggestion!!
Event though Muji things are expensive but I still love it 😍😍😍.
THAT WAS AN AWESOME STORE!!! SO MANY INTERESTING AND GOOD THINGS IN THERE!!! I'M WILLING TO SPEND MY TIME ALL DAY THERE!!!
I bought the clear organizer from Muji, they are very good and use that for my desk for my pencils and brushes. I went to Germany for it, Cologne and Düsseldorf and special place for me went there twice for Japan Day. I love Muji's gel pens! I've been converted!
1st time viewer here! Love your video. I'm going to Tokyo In March and can't get enough of these videos. Thank you
i can't wait for when i go to japan to study abroad! the muji store is on my list of places i have to go!
I’m surprised u didnt mention their bedsheet line! The grey down single layer duvet is the best duvet ever. Its just quite expensive (around 500usd) for a queen here in Malaysia but so worth it
here in spain, the muji stores are so small, but i love them!😊
I love MUJI! Especially their furniture! It’s just that the prices are crazy! Like...$1000 for a bed! Lucky a good notebook only costs like, $2!
I didn't know MUJI sell skincare, in Jakarta Indonesia MUJI located in several malls and i think each and every malls are different, i don't know, i'll explore moree..

ri_12 muji ini lippo mall puri sell skincare
I thought they sell same items each store. Now I will check them if I encounter Muji Store in Indonesia or abroad.
The muji stickers are so iconic every time my friends sees it they always ask "muji?"
another must have for traveler is their travel pillow. both filling and the fabric is high quality so doesnt feels hot to your skin and you wont wake up in a hot sweaty mess lol.
I've heard about it before, gotta get one to try next time!
Their neck pillows are *amazing*. A little on the pricey side, but they're so soft and unlike any other neckpillows out there where you inflate using air.
I'll check it out next time I'm there! Thanks for the suggestion!
TokiYuYu Welcome!☺
i found only now that muji is visited by minimalists. the products here are more expensive in korea. thank you for your top 10.

I became a fan of Muji after using their moisturizer from sensitive skincare line. And it worked so well that it helped me in my battle with acne. I am glad i checked this out. I will be buying lots of stuff from here it seems.😅
I have another MUJI beauty video coming up soon so you might need to expand your shopping list :P
I really found this video interesting as I don’t have a MUJI super close to me in the U.K. 😔 I’ll have to go when I’m in Japan! Also I love their candles

Muji will open in my country in November and I'm waiting to go there.
I just bought gels pens from MUJi and it's just so comfortable to use !
Lol! A week ago I discovered Muji in Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪 Love the products, but were expensive. And now your video popped up! Will have to look for the store when I'm back in the States.
I've never heard of this store now I really want to shop there! Thank you!
I would so love to have MUJI here! And I did confirm with a Daiso worker that we get discontinued items in the US yesterday.
Oh that's interesting to know about Daiso!
wow! thanks for this! i live in Japan, but don't go there regularly. however, i recently bought a down vest reduced to 3990 yen and love it cause it is shorter and better quality than uniqlo. in summer i bought those light blue slippers... they are great! i am going to go exploring as soon as i can (ps no cafe in our muji)

Hi! I hope you could feature secondhand shops of luxurious bags there in Japan! Planning to go there next year. Saw your Ichiran Ramen video. Added it to my bucketlist!
The Muji store in my country are so expensive :(
I need a Muji for life!!!
love the gel pens from muji!!! they're my go to!!
I've passed Muji stores dozens of times and never thought to go in as it doesn't look like my style from the outside, how wrong was I! I can't wait to go into one now!!
I find a lot of Japanese stores/places tend to do that! I often find nice surprises myself :D Check it out!!
I will. Thank you 😄
Have to grab some gel pens, organizers, calendar sticker planners and try their snacks and teas..!! Can't wait for MUJI to open up here in Vancouver later this year..!!
You gotta be careful about your wallet then haha! :P
I’d really like a video on Japanese clothing brands, covering different types of style.
Looooooove your videos by the way LOOOOOOOOOOVE!!!!!!!
Wowwww this place has everything!!!
Thanks! Definitely love to check Muji, when I visit Japan.
I really enjoyed this video. I like the Muji cutlery and plates too
Seriously everything in Muji is amazing!
Just got back from Tokyo and wow your videos were super useful. Thank you Tokiyuyu!
Hi , just subscribed.I love the muji shop. We don't have any in Greece but when I went to London I did find one and I fell in love with it. Great shop. Hugs from Greece,Rhodes.

Wauw! I SO wish they would open up a store in Chicago!! I have ordered a few things online but certain things, such as their beds you cannot order online. I would just love to visit this store in Japan. Amazing! Thank you for sharing! :)
I wish they would open more stores everywhere and offer their Japanese pricing :P
Absolutely love this video! Thanks for the armchair travel experience :)
Great video. That stuff is amazing. The problem with the discount stores here in Houston, Texas is quality of the items. I just watched your other video too on the store.
Wonderful! Thanks for your recommendations, definitely will take a look!
Wow! Everything looks good! Thank you for sharing.
