OMG Rachel, I did it! I made the biscuits and gravy. And it was good. I am a middle age woman that never learned how to cook. I could make a few dishes but I never thought could make the gravy. Rachel, I live in Mexico City. As much as I like Mexican food, I am from Cincinnati Ohio. I miss American food. I can cook most things, but some things you either can't find or it's really expensive. I have never seen a package of ground sausage. I have never been able to find canned biscuits. I have never seen buttermilk. This breakfast is making my mouth water!!

Enjoyed your video so much...I have 3 younger sisters and one is named Norma too. I never really got the chance to cook with my sisters since I lived with our mother even after I got married and she cooked for us and the whole family. My hubbie and I, after 7 years married, then moved out of state. Your video made me miss the family gatherings. My husband always told people we would have parties every weekend. I would get mad because it was just my younger siblings (7 of them) and their families coming over to eat at mom`s house. I'm Latina and you cook like my mom, my hubbie is a good Ole white boy who loved to cook for my family on the weekends to give mom a break. He introduced my family to deep fried turkey and "smooked" meats. Not a Friday went by that my siblings would not call me at work asking if my hubbie was cooking that weekend. Ive been away for some time now but watching your program helps me relieve my days living at home with my mom. Ps...I dont sew but like you, I made aprons for my mom and now me...and I also do curtains too.
