I know that Aussie shampoo and conditioner are in the US but just different packaging. I don’t know if the sprays are so I’d recommend finding a good heat protectant spray.

I just got a relaxer after about 10 years natural. I've been bingeing your videos this evening. Do you always blow dry and flat iron every wash day or do you roller set, too. Thanks for the information.
I always blow dry and straighten, but i only wash my hair every two weeks, so that helps to limit the amount of heat styling. Thank you for watching ☺️
Hi Faye. Regular conditioners and deep conditioners are formulated very differently. Why not use the Aussie deep conditioner if your going to wear the cap for 30 minutes anyway?
It’s medium. It needs moisture but I can get enough from a regular conditioner, very prone to frizzing in humidity, but if my hair does get really dry the ends will snap off.

Because I’ve been using the normal conditioner for years without any issues.

Yes, I’ve never relaxed at home.
do you prep your hair before a relaxer and if so how do you prep (products)?
At the salon they use either a relaxer base product or Vaseline just to protect my scalp and hairline. I don’t do any prep before visiting the salon.
What temperature do you set your flat iron to?
I use GHD’s which operate at 185ºCelsius
