I’m not sure they are biased but it’s just typical journalism nowadays where they just repeat the standard lines of commentators. I haven’t heard anyone ask the people in charge of the country (the government) to explain what specific things they will do to solve the genuine problems being raised by the aboriginal community. The last thing we need is another expensive talk fest in Canberra that achieves nothing on the ground and sucks up all the budget to get things done. Setting up a committee doesn’t solve a problem. If the answers are so easy what are they?

It appears from reading the Voice (Committee) yes case, that only indigenous folk will get to elect local and state members that will influence putting to Parliament recommendations for new laws and not the rest of the Australian population as is current through Elections at both state and federal levels. Also why don't you call it as it is, The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples Committee. Because that's what it is full stop.
ABC know their core audience.... who rabidly support then.... and so they pander to that audience... but they are not "commercial".... they need to be objective and less emotional.
