Excellent video - even though I'm a long time bands user, I've gotten a few new exercises from it ! I'd like to mention one very important exercise that you've left out : The face pull. Also : I got myself a cheap ab wheel with long handle - supremely useful for pull down and push down exercises, just loop the band round the middle between the twin wheels

Band work can be a fantastic addition to weight training. 1 example is that they can be use for high volume, low resistance accessory training, such as triceps extensions or prone hamstring curls (either single leg or double leg). These are good additions to your programmed deload or recovery weeks. The challenge with bands is appropriate and measurable progressive overloading. Strength training objectives might best be realized with resistance bands alone if you are doing single joint exercises opposed to compound movements if only for easy and safety for execution.

+seeker jay hi there! All modes of resistance can be interesting and beneficial if they are used with purpose, intent and safely. We are very happy to hear that you are enjoying using resistance bands!
I look at these and think "What is the point?" bands are good but DO NOT replace free weights. Good alternatives to cable exercises if no cable machine is available. They can help develop smaller muscles to support larger ones but larger muscles (legs, chest, back) need the resistance only from what free weights can provide. That said mixing bands with weights can often compliment each other where tension is lost in the ranges of motion in some exercises.

That band-loaded bench press was a joke. The band was slack most of the time.
