I started my fitness journey sophomore year of HS to get a starting position on my soccer team. I started out by swapping soda for Gatorade (wasn’t perfect but it was a start) and more water too. I started running a little bit, a few sit-ups and pushups, got a pull-up bar and did a few every day. And before I knew it, the .25 mile jog turned into 3 miles of hills, 10 pushups and sit-ups turned into 10 sets of each, and 0 pull-ups turned into 5 and then 10. Everyone thinks they have to be perfect on day 1, when in reality each day is the worst you’ll ever be again and that’s a humbling feeling. Your content is exactly what I wish I had when I started, so keep it up!

Just stumbled across your content. I used to be in great shape 6 or 7 years ago. Ate healthier, was more active, etc. But I got into a bad marriage and everything declined spiritually, mentally, and physically. My overall health declined. I've been out of said marriage for about 18mos now and I've wanted to get back on the grind, yet am never able to keep the inspiration and drive. I'm glad to have found your channel, though. I worry too much about how to uphold good habits for the future, but now is the time to start truly taking it one day at a time. Better food. Better habits. Better mindsets. Thank you for your inspiration. Let's fckin go.

I am honoured to start my savage journey and call you brother. Keep the content coming, it very much needed. Thank you. Pete (UK)

"That's 100% better than it was fucking yesterday." Right on man! I hear so many pessimistic attitudes towards exercise never being "enough". Every part of your day that you can fill with some amount of exercise is 100% better than having no exercise. Get up and walk, take the stairs, stop fighting for that closer parking space, do some push-ups in the morning. Simply getting in the habit of filling vacant space with exercise is that first step so many people need.

I am 25 years old and I have never played any sport, I spent my nights playing video games and sleeping all mornings. It's been about a month since I saw this video and I couldn't get it out of my head for a few days. I finally started stretching and exercising every morning, today it's been two and a half weeks, I know it's little but I notice it, I feel that I get much less tired, I sleep better and my back doesn't hurt like before. You really transmit very good energy and positivity. now I have a reason to get out of bed and stop wasting my life on video games and their false sense of success; I have decided to become the first Spanish Viking, let's fucking goo!!!
    (Sorry for my inglish)
Pd: A video with exercises or routines for people who are starting out and still doesn't have the strength for 15 push-ups would be great

I am getting back into savage life. I was once a true savage in my younger years I was a amateur power lifter and fully natural. I lived by the idea of our hood in get good out. I am now finally fully recovered from several surgeries that saved my life and I beginning my journey back to savagery. I’m not doing because I need to loose weight or want to look a certain way. I’m doing it because I don’t want to work a hard shift on a ambulance and feel beaten down the next day. I want to be able to feel as confident in my physical prowess as I am in my mental.

My journey is and has been going well the past decade. I’m just here to congratulate the head savage here on his, and ensure anyone and everyone his message is one of the best I’ve heard on the internet. Eat real food, no alcohol, intermittently fast, cold showers, value sleep, wake up appreciative because you value life, and celebrate life by getting after it every day. Nature, black coffee, and extra water.
And from someone who has conquered many kettlebell challenges, deadlifted over twice his body weight, while running regularly, past his mid thirties, WITHOUT A GYM OR SUPPLEMENTS, LISTEN to this guy instead of whatever bicep curl, tricep kick back video you planned to watch today.

I know you hear this all the time probably. But I think you're amazing the way you work out. The way you talk, it's amazing, thank you. God bless you and I'm gonna stop doing something different in my life. And I would like to work out the way that you do. It seems so much Better and rayler than I've seen before. Just the way your body rotates your shoulders all of it seems like the right way to do it.

You don't need PED's for a good looking healthy body, stay away from carbs, salt& sugar, also a lot of greasy foods isn't healthy, your body naturally performs your growth, stay active, exercise daily, I was able to get from 250+ to 197 that's 63lbs In less than a year,
with dumbbells and a good backpack running and jogging daily, stay away from sugar snacks etc, peanut butter, potatoes & meat veggies & eggs is what I ate , pasta & bread every once in a while, don't eat a ton of processed food it will help you lose the weight, I was having health issues in my life, this helped me a lot, also body weight exercises help also
